Had the worst customer service experience yesterday at Tarocash Moorabin DFO. I always shop from Tarocash and have been to most of its branches due to its amazing deals and quality shirts but I have never been treated like this before. I think her name was Taylah (young blonde girl short highted with chin piercing) that's the best description I could give. I was buying about 6-7 shirts but when I told her to bill 3 shirts first and rest later as my mum dad still want to buy more to gift our friends.she started to make faces and gave odd reaction as I was asking her give all the shorts for free. I did ask her if she is is having any confusions with billing or if she is ok but she responded even worse. I decided then not buy from this place again but I took the 3 shirts and paid for it as she had already processed the billing and left the other 4-5 shirts there at the desk. I end up buying 9 shirts from YD which was just right in front of this shop and had the best customer service response. I am not saying that all the Tarocash shops have the same customer service personnel but that girl really dont deserve to be in the customer service team if she doesn't even know how to treat people with respect.

I went in to Tarocash, Moorabbin DFO today to buy a few things. I received the absolute best help from Anthony, nicest salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, helpful, attentive and gave some great advice.
And an awesome price!

Had to get a suit at very short notice, the sales staff (Paige) was very helpful! Excellent customer service!

The most friendly and helpful staff, I rang the day before to ask for a specific suit, which was put aside for me to try on the following day. Had plenty of help and got it fitted to be sent off and tailored. Great quality and prices on sale too.

Had the worst experience at Tarocash Moorabbin today, shout out to the female sales person (blonde hair, tall, thin build). Walked into the store (in which the table at the front was very messy) and had her look at me and look right down and go on her phone and not greet me. I roamed around the store for a few minutes, 3 minutes later, she got off her phone (still standing at the counter) and greeted me. I asked if they had any shirts under $30 to which she casually pointed to the sales section and looked un-interested and unwilling to help me search for the specific material I was looking for. As a result of lack of interest to help me, I walked out and brought shirts from Connor (with exceptional customer service). I hope my review is passed to the blonde young lady, and to the higher authorities as I hope this does not occur again. Will not come back here again!

Can't thank the girls enough at Tarocash DFO Moorabbin. Came in to find a suit, got everything we needed and more. The service they provided was exceptional, the information the girls gave us was very helpful made our experience enjoyable and easy-going. Would recommend coming here and definitely will be returning.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I received from Bianca when buying a suit was exceptional! This was literally the easiest and least painful clothes shopping experience I’ve had, and I usually hate clothes shopping. Thanks very much for all your help Bianca, much appreciated!

I bought a suit a couple of weeks ago for a wedding. Bianca's exceptional customer service was amazing, she helped me out so much that I went back and bought some casual wear today!
Great selection and great service!

Selection is not too bad, prices vary and sometimes no price what so ever, store can get messed up easily due to other customers not putting things away

My favourite go-to shop for low priced good quality clothes. 50% of my wardrobe is all Tarocash

Nice options available. However, altering cannot be done here. Also, alterations cost $65 which was more than what I was going to pay for a blazer!
