Tarocash Craigieburn

I have been in store at Craigieburn and was interested to purchase Idaho Check Suit jacket Charcoal and Idaho check pant charcoal, I have been informed by the staff that the size which I am after is not available in store but they are available in other stores, Jacket is available in DFO Essendon, and Pant is available in Werribee store, and the staff member from Craigieburn ensured me after calling to those stores that they can reserve the items for me if I will pay in advance and reserve them, as I was interested in the complete suit so I paid in advance and on the other day went to pick up my suit jacket and pant from Essendon Store and Werribee Store from Craigieburn, Luckily I got my jacket from Essendon store but when I been to Werribee store they reserve the blue colour pant instead of Charcoal colour and told me that it was there staff mistake, and they don’t have at all the requested charcoal colour pant, I told them that I came all the way from Craigieburn to pick the pant, the suit jacket that I picked up from DFO Essendon is useless for me if I can’t get Same colour pant, I requested them if they don’t have the pant which I have requested give me the blue colour pant and jacket which you have reserved I am happy to return the charcoal jacket which I picked up from DFO Essendon, The staff at Werribee store told me they can’t give me the blue colour jacket and pant on the same price of charcoal suit and asking me to pay almost same amount again to get the blue suit as according to them charcoal suit was on offer whereas blue suit is not. However both suits charcoal and blue as far as material and design looks exactly the same only colour Difference. The staff told me that they can’t do anything much apart from my total Refund. My Question to high management is that that how you treat your customers even if the mistake is being done by your Staff members? What about customer wastage of Time, Energy and Money, Really Disappointed. Hopefully someone will look in to this matter Thanks

I asked Lena. I think her name was for assistance with a product men's shirt, a soft, silky feel to touch polo, and she said no, they dont have anything like that. She was not up to date with her stock couldn't help me at all, I had to find it myself. When paying I said she needs a stock update to refresh on what they had, she laughed at me and said no I know my stock. Extremely rude unprofessional poor customer service.

Sheridan's service and knowledge was top notch when I was buying a suit today. Overall wonderful and fast experience. Would recommend.

The Staff were great friendly, helpful and know what works. Good team in how they worked together and help multiple customers in the shop at the same time.

Excellent customer service, got to the store 4 minutes before closing and the girls there didn’t hesitate to let me in, they helped me pick what I wanted, very professional and friendly at the same time. Thank you again Shannon and Sara. 10/10.
