We had a very good experience at this store today, the young lady helping us though very busy still found enough time to help my son get the suit he needed, finding sizes etc.
In between serving paying customers, still found the time for us, very impressed. Thankyou.
Came into the store today and asked to see a jacket in a particular size. The lady working asked if I was actually going to buy it from the store. When I proceeded to say that I wanted said jacket she went on to tell me that it was not what I wanted and walked away. It’s tragic when such people are hired to provide any decent customer service.
Had a very positive experience here today. I came in not really knowing much about suit shopping and a lovely staff member guided me through the process. She wasn't trying to push sales or anything and I felt like she genuinely wanted to help. Better service than you would get at most other places.
I came in yesterday to buy a new shirt to wear on the weekend, and was served by Natasha. Natasha was very friendly and unlike when i walk into other stores, you could tell that Natasha actually picked something out that looked good on me. She did not just say anything looked good to try and get the sale as other stores do. I will defiantly shop here again.

Needed help with the clothing the ladys berth and nicole were to busy talking to each other didn't wanna help no customer service at all wont be back.
