Tarneit Early Learning Centre

My daughters goes here and she enjoys her day. Each other she learn something. She is 2 yrs old and alrady knows her A, B to Z. So proud. Thank you Only About Children centre for taking care of my child. Special thanks to Navigators room Puja, Richa, and Soniya. Also thank you Kamal, Durshuna, Vidi. Sorry if i haven't mention all the names. Everyone is very good and i am happy my child goes here.:)

Amazing service… my son is learning in Voyager room a lot and i have seen so much learning experience in him. Tony has been great as a kinder teacher. She has extensive experience with kids. Maria, Manraaj, Sukhwinder and Gracey they have been supportive throughout since now and under their guidance my son has learnt so much things. We are grateful for their outstanding care.

We are incredibly grateful to have chosen OAC Tarneit – Kindergarten Voyagers Room for our son. The care and education he has received have been exceptional. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the amazing staff members, including Tony, Manraj, Maria, and Gracy, for their extraordinary efforts. We couldn't be happier with our experience at OAC Tarneit.

My baby was just 8 months when he started his care at OAC (Explorer room) like any mother, I was so worried, as he was so small and I had never let him out of my sight before. The thought of someone else taking care of him scared me.
But my fears were quickly allayed by the amazing educators at OAC. They are so passionate about what they do and they are incredibly welcoming and responsive to feedback.
I especially want to thank Kanwaljith, Darshna, Pauline, Indarjith, and the rest of the team for being so patient, sweet, and caring towards my baby boy.
I am so grateful to OAC for providing such a safe and nurturing environment for my son. I know he is in good hands and I can't recommend them highly enough.

My daughter hasn’t even started yet & whilst we were on the tour with Emily. Who instantly had an infectious smile and greeted us and had the upmost amazing energy my daughter doesn’t like many people but when we left she just couldn’t stop talking about this place. Which made our enrolment almost instantaneous and very eager to be apart of this childcare. All the educators and children whilst on tour were very kind and polite. I observed many of them always asking the children what they wanted to do. For me that is a plus! It shows children freedom of choice and independent decision making. I can’t wait for my daughter to start here! Thankyou OAC for welcoming us into your family!

I went in for a tour Monday and didn't get sent an enrollment pack until Wed. Called Tues no one answers the phone it goes straight to one of the classrooms. Filled in the form Wednesday but it wont let me submit the completed form it keeps coming up with some nonsense that I am not entering a 10 digit work number. Everything is correct?
I've been calling the Tarneit center all day (WED) fopr assistance, finally got through after 4pm just to be told to send an email. They never provided me with an email only do not reply email addresses. I then go on to say NO I want to speak to someone and what is the enrollment persons name so I know who I need to contact. This person with a strong accent didn't want to give me the name, not until I demand for her name she then spits out Stephanie and that its too late she's almost finished for the day.
THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE, What is going on with this place? NOT A GOOD START.
As per the recent reviews when has this gone under new management?

Very poor at paying attention to the child even during the orientation, so I can only imagine how much they really care for children.

What was a great experience for years took a turn South quickly after this center changed owners. It turned into more of a baby sitting service than a stimulating and educational environment. The difference in 2 days changing daycare services has been night and day. To see photos of a bright young child lying on the floor looking sad published to the app claiming how much a great time they're having is blood boiling to say the least. Many of the good staff have since left (not to say good ones still dont exist) but the quality of the center has gone downhill. It is very unfortunate as some staff there do care. The best decision I have made for my child was to remove them from this place. Hard pass.

My twin daughters has been going to ELC since they were 2nd half years old now they nearly four years old in Jan. Both of my daughters love the staff and staff love them both. Lovely staff, good food and innovative team. Special regards to Ajay sao-Leleisivao and nisha. My daughters love AJ company. If I ask them sometime they going in different centre. They always answer no they will go to AJ centre. I guess this is the best center I find for my daughters.

Horrible staff especially the rude centre manager. They dont care about the children. Educators are clueless, ask them any question about the child, they have no answer. They post fake details on the portal everyday that the child ate 2 serves of lunch. All lies, They are only after their money. Look elsewhere.there are way better childcare centres in Tarneit.

My daughter has been going to Goodstart Early Learning Child Care since she was 9 months old now almost 2 she is loving the social aspect and learning through play. The staff there are so supportive and adapt to the way we do things at home. The encouragement from staff for her to try new things and become more confident is amazing. Whenever I have any questions or need help staff are always there and happy to help straight away. Couldn’t speak more highly of them.

Best centre in the town. They have variety of different activities through out the day. The educator are very caring and professional approach. The excursion through out year is amazing. We are happy that we chose this centre for daughter.

My son is going to Tarneit ELC since 2014 and he loves his teachers. This is second home for him and big satisfaction, relief for parents. Staff is so caring, friendly and always smiling. Good work Team. This is my son's last year with you guys, he doesn't want to leave this place

My 3yo son has been attending since he was 11months old. The staff there are friendly and extremely caring. My son has several serious allergies and for me trust is a major factor when leaving him anywhere especially when food is served with Tarneit elc they take this very seriously and show as much care with him as I do. Wonderful experience for my son and us as parents that we have enjoyed every moment of his journey from eight months to Kinder. Lovely staff, good food, very innovative teams working towards every single stage of our child's development. Love it!

From our very first visit to the center we have felt so welcomed by all the staff. The ladies in the office were fantastic and very helpful and patient when first setting up an account. All the rooms are spotless at the start of each day. The variety of food on offer is amazing. I can not fault them. Amazing play equipment and toys, Veggie gardens, chickens and a bunny to play with. What more could you ask for. Ourson has a lot more confidence since joining the Treakers room. And we are very excited to be moving upto the Creators room in 2019.

Excellent educators in baby room. Vidhi, Brittany and Sadra. They are extremely professional, caring and lovely.
