I go to Point Cook Target as it is easy to park, not as busy as werribee and can take your time

Always a pleasure to walk through this particular store. Spacious, clean and well stocked.

Some of the worst customer service from multiple employees iv experienced in years. Just rude and unprofessional no other way to describe it.

What can you say about Target? Cheap and reasonable quality. Top store if you're on a budget.

Looks more fancy than Kmart, if you have plenty of money, go there, target will clean you dry especially if you take wife and kids with you

Found some great toys for the grandkids, as we have nine, we have to keep to a budget.

Target lost a big sale today because the old lady at the change room is extremely rude and arrogant!

Awful customer service by two older women in the service area for a refund. I had the receipt and asked for a refund or voucher at least and they refused because the box didn't look new despite the inside being fine. Even if they couldn't give a refund, they could have said so politely but instead both aggressively said no. Even the customer before me wasn't treated with respect.

Got there a bit late this evening to pickup my click and collect. Great team at the service desk and greater too. In and out quickly even with a missing item in my order they were able to find the last one there to fullfill it. Nothing was too hard for this crew. Thankyou!

It's really a fantastic place for shopping having all branded shops and Coles, Aldi n Woolworth in a very short distance. A calm place with no crowds.

My granddaughter has been very happy, because she pick there a lot of things that she loves, she was one very happy for her birthday

Very friendly and helpful staff always willing to drop what they are doing and help me find something I've seen online or find someone else in that department who can help.my mum lives coming from Tassie to shop at this particular store

Wow change room staff a bit rude, I have non contagious bronchitis and they sprayed Glen 20 at me and loudly talked about not wanting to get covid. Bit rude, I'm also covid negative!

Love all the stores and the variety! Great for a day of shopping and enjoying great restaurants!

The staff are always helpful. A good selection available. Miss 11 found everything she was looking for at a good price.

My collect and collect was fast, but the assistant Lisa who assisted my purchase, also went above and beyond to find my other order that I needed as this was Christmas eve. I was so grateful for her help, and the other staff at the front registers were so polite.

SHOPS ARE BACK OPEN! Friendly helpful staff it is great to see people around and shopping again. I had an issue with some jeans and lost my receipt staff were fantastic helping me and ensuring my issue was resolved. Only down sides was lining up to customer service desk then again when purchasing my correct item. But who’s complaining the service overrides this

Bought a bike for my son yesterday at point cook target.but was too small size for my son.so i tried to returne it and get a bigger size bike from the same target store.i got the recipt ready.it says on the recipt 60 days return policy.i bought just one day. The manager of that store checked little bike and said to me "unfortunatly i cant accept it because it not assembered properly in the box.i mean i just put the bike pieces together then my son just seat on it for 5 second and he said to me ' too small' mum them we decided to return get a bigger one.i tried to take off the both side foot steper.it just doesnt come off.thats the reason it does not fit in the box.one of the customer services of target said to me that she also tried to take off one of the return bike and she cant take off.so how can i then.if they cant even take them off.i already call the customer support team of target to help me out.he was very nice and undertand the my position.but i still waiting for them to email me back to see how is going with my complaint and what is the conclusion.

I have moved to Point Cook to be nearer to my daughter. I love the place, wet lands are beautiful shopping is available, what more could I want.

Yesterday on 28th may 2021 me and my son went to target to get play station 4 after checking on line for the availability only to two empty boxes we took one of them to customer service and had very bad attitude from one of the male customer service personnel and PlayStation 4 also not available in the store this customer service personnel told me that they sold 12 PlayStation last week and i asked him to update it online so that we don t have to come all the way to purchase this item and his repose was its not our job i am not at all happy i will not shop again on point cook Target

I thought the prices were a little bit expensive considering other retailers or a little bit cheaper
