Target Plenty Valley

Target never lets me down. Found exactly what I was looking for. I like to shop at Plenty Valley.

Target is a great destination for a whole range of good value items, nice store, easy and quick checkout

1030AM 25th May. There was a sale ad on top of the shelf that women and kids shoes are 20% off. Went to pay on the counter and sale wasn't applied on check out. I asked the staff and told me the sale are only for jackets.clearly, she wasn't informed.didn't have time to go back to the shelf and argue, i just paid full price cos i was rushing to work. But Sooo MISLEADING! This is why i just go to kmart!

Very big super store with free wifi. It's nice to have free wifi, especially when the mall does not provide one. This is probably one of the few Target outlets in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Does not have wide range of bikes inspite of having more range of bike gears. It does not clearly mentioned whether they provide bike assembly services.

I find target plenty valley better to shop at than kmart plenty valley. Quality of goods I find better and a lot more choice of clothing.

I bought clothes (around 100$) for my baby boy he is turn 6 months and weight is 6.5kg so I bought 6 to 12 months clothes (in the clothes they write up to 10 kg)
My baby is just 8.5 and the clothes are so small for his so size is not perfect for baby

My husband bought some new clothes
Jeans and t/ shirts
Good value for money and great service

Staff are super helpful, products are nice, the store is lovely and quiet, and the layout is very clean

Only downside is the self serve crew are always in a world of their own, no one actively helping or taking off security tags etc. I've had to help other customers myself, on *every* visit through self service, and I'm sure that's not what self serve means

So not exactly bad, but head for a manned register if you want a good experience

Kmart gives much better service, so long as you don't mind being crowded by lots more customers

Kmart and Target usually are the same, I like their special specific deals.things can be cheap and affordable.good service, depending the person themselves.keep up the great work! Target plenty valley.

Love it as this shopping centre and this Target are much less busier than the ones in the surrounding.

Good store. Lots of put of stock items. A sign of the times? A good crowd but checkout was easy and quick. Staff are very helpful.

Could not find many clothing sizes, for me could not find pajama sizes or short length, no staff to help. For my grandson only one pair long pants had to take that colour. Only self serve checkouts hard to use. When I walked out I set off Anti theft alarm had to go back in shop some of the security tags were still on clothing, I was told by staff I should have asked for help I said staff at checkout was helping too many customers, I told her I wasn't happy with target she continued to tell me you have to ask for help I don't think she understood my complaint that there is not enough staff to help.

Not Busy Here Last night 8.06pm no que at all self-serving no problems. Not many People inside Not busy too It was easy. Girl at self-serving was friendly, smiling and happy same the guy that stand to check your receipt on your way out. Great.

Don't go shopping the day lockdown ends and shops open up. The queues were insane.

The service, however, was amazing. Great job to everyone in store for today's effort. You all deserve a pay rise.

Very proud of the service I got from Stephanie she was polite and helpful and helped me with my enquire on the phone when I rang thank you

Horrible phone experience. Staff I spoke to was in hurry and wouldn't let you have a word in. So disappointing.

Not as good as it used to be, hardly any specials or clearance items in the shop apart from what's in the catalogues.

It was late morning when l went into the store. It was a little busy, and at the self serve and l had to line up for my purchases. Wasn't a very long wait, but no cleaning was being done in between customers using the self serve. Little dissapointed as this should be being done.

The lovely lady who is usually the door greeter has the best customer service, always makes my day, she's so kind!

Went in last Wednesday looking for a specific item not one member of staff on floor to enquire. Gave up on looking for what I wanted selected a few items went to pay guess what no service only self help registers. I put my articles down and walked out won't be back. No wonder they're being closed down. Bad service doesn't equate to success
