We accidentally left $65+ of items at the self-checkout on a busy pre-Christmas shopping day. Mitch, a team member was absolutely amazing at helping us out and getting the goods back and was very appreciated. Awesome customer service here.

White bald manager extremely rude to customers at check out area. Will not be going again for its poor treatment of people.

Horrible to customers. Went and brought something and they made me pay more than what the clothing cost and scammed me. Bald white manager had the worst attitude towards me and was racist to me because I am asain. This store is horrible and discriminatory and he was rude to me it was racially motivated

Racist shift manager who accused my Polynesian partner of swapping shoes and leaving behind some disgusting old sneakers that a staff member had found. We insisted they review the security cameras, which clearly showed my partner had walked into the store in the boots he was leaving in and was not wearing the disgusting old sneakers that the actual thief had left behind. My partner was accused based off nothing and hadn't even been in the shoe department. The shift manager apologised, but the damage and embarrassment was done. Pity they accused off nothing and overlooked the actual thief. I have never been back into this store since this incident, despite being local and a regular to The Glen.

Why the shop sell items which are having black tag on it, i bought it last week and made the payment through kiosk and now struggling at home to open it. Please guys, don't trouble customer

Not good customer service, makes me feel uncomfortable and not welcome me to purchase. Sooo disappointed your customer service desk staff which is a lady not friendly!

Good variety of items, homewares, clothing, books, toys etc so always worth popping into Target to see what is new and what is on sale.

Still a great store, although not nearly as good as it used to be. Still a good range of kids' clothes, with good clearance items. Menswear section still ok, but a lot has gone. Tech and toys sections still ok. Friendly service with some self-serve kiosks.

Updated store. Top shop in the Glen. Use and collect Flybuy points. Hand sanitiser available at self checkout counters. Buy online and collect in-store.

Friendly and helpful stuff.
Store is always clean. However stock levels are not as high as Knox and Forrest hill. Always go there with my daughter and had fun in store.

Target Glen Waverly has got a variety of products and a good range. Cloths, electronics, stationery and lots of toys.

Tip for everyone
Sometimes if you see that there is stock on the website, it’s better for you to call them and make sure they have products, because the system may not load that quick, and to avoid disappointment, call them. It’s easy, only one call away.

The blue hair lady was quite nice and helpful.

The woman at the door was too busy, I think helping, mostly talking to someone. I had purchased goods from another store.
As I went to exit I opened my bag for her to look inside.her response. She looks in and then says. Did you buy that here? Do you have a receipt? And then continued to reach into my bag of shopping

A Vietnamese accent middle aged woman with glasses in the click and collect counter is extremely rude and aggressive. How could you put person like this in customer service?
