Target Forest Hill

I like to shop here. It is clean, good value, has well displayed stock and a good variety of household, house water, clothing for kids and adults, shoes, electronics, stationery etc to choose from. There is a fitting room to try your clothes on - has good lighting, clean, well maintained, well designed cubicles with plenty of hooks! Quick process at check out. Staff are friendly.

One area of improvement might be that all check out staff know how to fold clothes neatly before putting them into customers shopping bag. It would provide a more amenable and complete experience of shopping there.

2 stars for the young cashier who assisted us initially. The manager Sharen was rude and insisted that our handphone has a problem when she can’t get the machine to scan my gift card. In the end I suggested using another cashier to try scanning and it worked! She didn’t apologise. More training for manager maybe?

Good store. You can cash your flyby points there. I didn't know this until the staff told me.

I entered target forest hill at approximately 5.02pm when i was greeted by a smile by a young little brunette greek boy with a mullet who then helped me then helped me find goods around the store. Especially help me find lots of toys in the toy section. He then helped give very helpful recommendations, he knows the store very well, swiftly leading me to the toy section with no hesitation. I love to see this passion and pride for his job, WELL DONE! This employee helped my experience at target forest hill a very pleasant time i would like to shout out the young little greek boy.his yiayia would be proud! 10/10 every time I need a little something I will 100% go to target forest hill! Give this amazing employee a pay rise!

Found what I needed, but staff are so unprofessional and are always in a bad mood, I rarely come here and when I do this is all I get. I only come here if I absolutely need something.

Is a Target, but with staff at the checkouts. There is an extra star for employing people.

There Is a certain vibe in the air at this target store. And unfortunately is not the positive vibe you encounter at kmart.

Very spacious and uncluttered. Easy to find your way around and find what you are looking for. I was in and out with what I was after in a flash, which suits this boring old white make just fine, thank you!

A decent Target store. Clean and well laid out. Checkout can be a little frustrating sometimes with a confusing setup and not always enough checkout staff.

Target in general is just not as good as it once was. Bought two pairs of flannel PJs, spent $35 there for something sorta plain, but the $15 ones from the cheaper shop were made of thicker, heaps better fabric.

Unfortunately Target needs more staff on the floor, the clothes are all over the place and the makeup sample are just gross

Didn't have the products we were looking for, but no Target seems to have them currently. Suspect it's supply chain problems. Otherwise great store.

Good place to shop but no assistants to help or answer questions. Couldn't get our size of shoes too.

Ne er came here.not sure why it's on the list.used the escalator near it though maybe that's why lol

Store overall good, but i would recommend not going into the staff bathrooms, i once went in there a few years ago and saw a mysterious white stain on the floor.

I’ve got some my kids toys and clothes etc.
I am just so unhappy with one staff at register.
She looks so not kinds and throw my item after she scanned. It makes me so upset how she behaved. I will avoid to come there again. Why are they still working if they don’t want to be nice to customers? I don’t understand at all. She ruined my whole day.

Worst Target store. No stock. Rude register staff who click at you to be served. When confronted he goes ‘yer is that a problem’ hell yes you rude little …! Went and told girl at front door she laughs. I ask for manager and when she comes down the girl lies and said she didn’t laugh.
Customer service at this store is non existent

Great place to shop! The staff were very patient, friendly and helpful in finding what I need. I’ve shopped here so many times and Victor, Ben, Julie and the management team have always been very helpful. Keep up the good work!

It is just ok now. Some time back, you used to get a reasonable choice of products. My choice for singlets was down to one brand and 2 types, neither of which had my size. I looked at dressing gowns as well and forewent purchasing because the quality was quite poor. The seams of the one I chose were splitting at where the shoulder met the hanger.

I left the store empty handed.
