Ughh no option to be served ALL self serve and last time I was there with 4 kids we were made to wait 15-20 minutes at self serve while 4 workers scrambled to find how much one kids book cost as it wouldn't scan then in the end they simply just tried again n it scanned
The experience was very poor. I was stopped by a waitress after I came out of shopping with my friends, and said to check our backpacks, and then check our receipts after showing him, and then asked whether our backpacks belonged to us or in the store. Yes, the backpacks of my friend and I are all conspicuous brands. At first glance, it is not something they sell in the store. It is because our Asian faces are looking for trouble. Poor review
It used to be, as a chain store, quite reasonably priced, but inflation has made it a higher priced kmart. However, their range is much broader
A large & spacious set up, good displays & bargains, staff where very customer oriented, much appreciated
I purchased $130 worth of products and gave the girl $140 cash. She couldn't work out the change and had to call someone else over. The next woman rescanned the products, recounted the money before finally deciding that I needed to be given $10 change. There were no self service machines that took cash working. I went to leave the store only to have the buzzer go off and be called back into the store to check that there was nothing to set it off which there wasn't. Getting out of the shop took longer than shopping did.
This was just a quick visit but found what I wanted easily and directed through the self-service checkout which I got through in no time.
Didn't have any warm or affordable clothes in my mum's size (22), looked like they cater for smaller sizes only and when I asked a staff member for help, they simply said "If it's not on the shelf then we don't have it in stock"
Well what an experience this was and not positive. Paid for my items went through and beeped as I went through. I stopped and waited as the person at the door was checking someone else’s bag. When she finished I then said oh could there be a tag on an item, no answer just looked at me. Well then there was NO help to go through my bag to check if there was a tag on any item, so here I am going through everything trying to hold all items whilst pulling more out as no bench to place things on. Had underwear also that couldn’t pull out so showed him and said surly the tag wouldn’t be on those. Still no answer or help to really check. He then asked to look in my bag, I responded what bag I don’t have one he then pointed to my purse, you could imagine how shocked I was and responded that is Purse not a bag. I still had to show him so as any female would know that is not okay. All I can say is absolutely disgusted in his peoples skills and help at the door, rude, no help and inappropriate to ask to look in a purse, this was not a bag it was a purse. My own husband and child would not even ask to look in my purse and they would and do bring it to me never do they look inside. Absolutely disgusting.
Can I also add that when I got home yes there was a tag on one pair of underwear, why would you put it on one and not all when they are exactly the same just different colours
I only wanted to purchase a gift card. The assistant at the checkouts was terrific. She guided me through without a hitch
I hardly go to target, I don't like that there are no supported checkouts, I don't get any discount for serving my self.
Not bad a place to shop, only thing I can say is that the floor can be a little slippery while walking around, I nearly fell when I was in there last, otherwise not bad
Tried to pay with zip pay after asking at the customer service desk specifically if we could use it, got told all good can use both afterpay and zip here.
Got to self serve and got told nope can't use it other then a different card way which i didn't know how to get too. The staff member then ignored us, even walking out the back to avoid helping us anymore.
Went to target on Sunday trying to find a toy I have been looking for a long time, a nice worker in the toys section helped me find it
Haven't been to Target for a couple of years.
It used to be a very vibrant store.
I was shocked at how it has changed.
Very few visible staff, 100% self serve checkout and stock displays and variety very basic.
The store felt soul less.
What has happened Target?
Won't be going back in a hurry.
After being away from Bendigo for so long, I will admit the prices have really increased, and the service is nonexistent, I couldn't believe it, nobody even on cash registers
I absolutely loved shopping in this store. Friendly staff and a great selection of Childrens clothes and toys.
WOW, I've fallen in love with Target again! The Store has the best selection of ladies clothing. I needed 1 item and I found 3 beautiful pieces of clothing and still didn't spend more than $70! My Fiancée & I couldn't help but wander throughout the entire store store. We now have a Target bucket list a mile long
One manager was very rude towards me last week after attack customer.bad service you are with people with disability.
Whilst shopping at Target in Bendigo today I approached a young staff member for assistance. What a delightful young lady is Sage who did everything possible to find the doona cover I wanted in such a willing, polite and professional manner. It was a pleasure to deal with you Sage
