Purchased online, order was shipped from this store. Arrived damaged, looked like someone had gone at it with a Stanley knife. Took forever to get it sorted after they would only offer me a 10% refund Then moderated my comment and wouldn’t post it.

Target you need need to get rid of that highly contemptible and rude returns goods woman. I have shopped at Target knox for over 30 years and and now when I want to go to return something I always hope I never run into her. She is the worst person to deal with because of her attitude. There is a few comments on the reviews, that makes me realise its obvious other people complain about her as well. Shes a terrible dis-service to a great store. Take her off the counter and put her somewhere else where she cant talk down to people. Very unpleasant to deal with.

I’m bewildered by you closing the outside doors to your Knox shop. The amount of people I saw trying to enter that way this morning in the short time I was there was amazing. People go through those doors and have a look around, remember things they need or want and buy on their way through. I did not go into Target because the outside doors were closed.

If you are visiting this mall, take good note of your parking spot as you can easily forget where you parked after few hours.

Westfield Knox is going through a major renovation. Newly renovated sections are beautiful. Food court is amazing

The variant of products is by design shift from bôks to t-shirts, so truly in target level quality,

ZERO star rating for their customer service for returns, returning a gift & was made to feel like I’d either stolen it or tried to return something not from Target. Staff member wanted to prove a point of ‘Branded’ items not being able to be returned without receipt. To then be told from another staff member apologizing to me when I complained, that I should take it to another store because they have had complaints about her before. Are you kidding! If your store had problems with returns put the right staff on, not condescending staff with a point to prove - not all people are dodgy or trying to steal or get something without paying for it. TARGET is not worth the trouble.

Don't order Click and Collect if the stock is low. Your only option if they don't have it in stock is to have it posted to you, you can't have the order cancelled. And when it's posted to you, Target use Couriers Please. Arguably the worst courier company in Australia. I won't be buying from Target anymore, Big W and Kmart sell the same things anyway.

The scanner on the self serve was rather unresponsive, but the rest of my experience in the store was fantastic

Excellent place to shop especially the Clearance racks.the prices is reasonable and the quality is good.can't fault any of the displays either.overall a pleasant place to see and buy stuff of your choice.

Went there about two weeks ago, they had great bargains/clearance stuff. Been awhile since I shopped at any Target store. Forgotten what decent things they sell. Hard to find staff when need help, as they don't wear uniforms. What is it with Target and Bigw not wearing uniforms anymore. Please! Explain!

Usually pretty clean. Good self serve area and spacious. You can find most things pretty easily.

A great place to get quality clothing and household items at a competitive price-that is better than Kmarts cheaper offering. Store is always clean and staff always willing to help (if you can find them) The only issue is, there is never any option to checkout via a manned register, you are always pushed to self checkout. Very minimum staff (at times only one staff member at the checkouts). Needs more attention to customer service and more staff to meets the needs of their customer.

Horrible customer service. Would not recommend this target to anybody. The customer service team are not skilled or trained at their job.

Definitely a target.floors are like a slip and slide be sure to bring a friend to use as support or invest in some work boots for maximum grippage.alternatively buy some runners from this store and slide around the floors like you have discount heelies.

I was so fascinated with the new development of the shopping centre that I actually didn't have time to visit. Next week for sure. Maybe some bargains.

This store is my personal favorite place to shop for value quality and convenience. The friendly staff are very helpful too.well done target! High 5 from me.

Compared to forest Hill store, this Target had more options.

It seems being renovated so looked neater and bigger.
