Huge target branch. Not much on sale for baby's clothing but overall lots of choices. Friendly front staff

First time I did a click and collect with target - the experience was horrible. Customer service wasn't nice at all - very arrogant and rude. I arrived in front of the store, went up to let them know I'm collecting my items but noticed that the lady was busy organising the orders for the other customers. I wait for a bit until she's free. However, I was waiting for 15-20 min and there was no initiation from the lady. I had to go up to her and ask if she can scan my code. I have observed that when other customers came she immediately greeted them and helped them. Then it took quite a while to receive my items. When the other lady with a very short hair came out with my stuff, she called out my name and I said "yes" but she kept on walking so I thought she didn't hear me. I said "yes" again. She responded to me saying "I know". Well if she has told me to follow her I wouldn't have said yes again. Overall, it wasn't a great experience unfortunately.

In my youth Target was considered a daggy place to buy clothes. Now, they have a great selection of brands, all at low prices. Always a pleasure to shop there.

Great store here, it's not too bright like other stores, but not dark.
Easy navigation, the signs for each area are visible from most parts of the store.

Staff are alright.

Why do I always have to go all the way to the back of the shop to look at the mens stuff and leave when all I want is 1 thing and to leave.

Huge selection of everything you need at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and within earshot for any advise when looking for products.

I walked into the fitting room to try my 3 pairs of pants and I had a suitcase that I had bought like about an hour ago. One of the staff members at the fitting rooms tells me that I’m not allowed to go in there with my suitcase. I then ask her if pple are allowed to go in with handbags and she says yes. I go ahead to explain that the suitcase was like my handbag for the day, but then she says ” you know some people usually come with suitcases to steal”. I then go ahead to tell her that I feel discriminated given that I’m the only one she said that to and the fact that I am also of African background.

Im was buying two cushion as they are on sale. But when i scan it was full priced.so i ask the staff if they forgot to update the system. I was told i have to pay full price.i went back and took the picture as proof and show to her and she ask me to go back to the shelf again and get the price label! Bad customer service make me walk back and forth for their own mistake. In australia what they advertise is what you pay. That staff was indian lady and she couldn’t care less. Disappointed with target chadstone. I just left.

It is a standard target at a convenient location inside the mall. A lot of the products had sold out and I could not find what I was looking for there.

The only target store I have been to recently that is fully stocked and looks to stay open. Shelves full, store bright, good customer service

Wow Target has come a long way. Great range of product. Store fixtures really set the atmosphere in the store. Men's brief display was hilarious!

Going early makes all the difference at Target or Chady. Peaceful shopping. Target was well laid out, plenty of staff to help and be considerate. Well done Target.

Target is another one of those stores that I visit purely for the sake of visiting. Half the time I'm there I don't actually need anything I just enjoy browsing. Their prices on everything is all very reasonable, and the quality is on par with the price.

Very poor range of all bedding in queen size - doonas, covers, sheets and protectors). Abundance of choice in other sizes. When questioned where all the queen size bedding was the manager of the area rolled his eyes and said it sells out quickly. Maybe he should learn to order more of what sells and less of what doesn’t!

Great Target! Huge, nicely laid out, all shiny and new looking. Staff were super helpful, happy to check stock out back and he found what I was looking for even though it was busy Christmas period, all smiles and great customer service.

In Quilt section there a skinny with spects on young school girl who works there no manners.management you better give her more training. Not suitable to work there. If she has bad school attitude.when asked for help she told me to wait " I am serving another customer I will be with you in a sec " I wanted for 10 min and she didn't have guts to come back. Very disappoint.

Always have good experience at target. Guy named Hugh is great help at Tatget customer service! Great asset to target!

Pretty good store worth lots of good items to buy, but some of it is overpriced. They have a cafe inside the Target

Typical kmart department store. If u have been to 1 you have been to them all, they are all laid out the same and carry the same range with reasonable prices
