I hear they are downsizing which is a pity, but I hope this Target stays for awhile yet, quality of the merchandise and customer service is great.

Lovely staff and great to have a local department store that caters for families.
So disappointed the Mornington store closed but very thankful for the Somerville store.

Was ok, but would like a bit more lady's comfortable and casual wearing pants.
They also had very little in bigger sizes.
Ended up in men's wear buying a Fila, tracky set. Bit pricey also, the one set cost me $100.00 -Crazy-

Great range of women clothing. I wanted to try some jeans on but I couldn't get past the dirty floors and the amount of lint/ fluff on all of the black pants. There was literally dust bunnies under the racks and I could feel the grit under my shoes. This was sunday afternoon on the 11th of june. I would of bought atleast 2 pairs of pants if I hadn't of felt it was unhygienic to try them on.

There was plenty of parking outside, the store was quite and we found what we needed.
The staff member at the checkout was friendly and helful

She said it’s all part of the service however she went far and beyond to help me out today.

Awesome old fashioned service from a large retail outlet
Pointed me into the direction to find the product I was after, then while walking out I told her it wasn’t in stock, no problem I told her I was happy to return another time however she tried to chase it down from other stores without any luck.
During her helping me I noticed how great her multi tasking skills are and her genuine kindness showed through as she greeted others and took multiple phone calls during the time she was trying to assist me.

Working in retail cannot be an easy task and knowing it’s not the most high paying job out there I was more than satisfied

Great store. We found a lot of nice clothes for everyone at affordable prices. The style is simple, far from the extravagances of most Australian fashion boutiques.

When i arrived at target and fired rounds at the target out the front, but i didn't get a prize and instead i was arrested by the police.

I went to Target today to try on some bathers. The change rooms were filthy. It was really uncomfortable.

I always enjoy wonder around this Target. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. For a small store it has quite a lot of variety. Great free parking lot as well.

Prices are much higher than they used to be. In the past I could always find something to buy but as the prices seem much higher than they used to be I will often walk out empty handed. This makes me sad. ️

Had exactly what we wanted. Young man on checkout friendly and happy. Will definitely shop there again

While shopping at this location, a young British chap by the name of William provided amazing customer service and was extremely helpful.definitely deserves a raise.will definitely shop here again and would recommend to others.

Friends and I just called the store asking about product and they hung up on my friend for saying “thanks queen” we still were waiting for more information and I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with this customer service. For shame!

Not so good. Not enough variety that other target stores offer. We've lost the Mornington store which is awful

Target is still one of the best stores to shop at. What has happened to all the people? Go out and shop till you're hearts content. Unless you all what to see all of the target stores to close down. Wake Up Australia.

Super slow click and collect. Why don't they keep the items awaiting collection on trolleys close to the counter instead of having to go backwards and forwards to the storage area? Only one person on the counter, and he was spending all his time on the phone to staff in the storage area instead of serving the people waiting.

I was made feel like I had stolen the products that I was wanting to exchange didn't want a refund just the correct item.
Also if your staff are to discuss the customer while they can still hear what is being said maybe the need an update of their Customer Service skills.

Target is a great place to shop, I get most of my clothes there, great selection. Also good to have a look around for other items that you may need for your home.
