Not only was their service in relation to glass super quick, but their staff went so far above and beyond the call to help me with something completely unrelated to their business. Quick and easy service the guys know what they're doing and are super helpful - wouldn't go anywhere else! Went by the showroom to organise a shower screen and have now got new security doors and flyscreens! Reasonably priced for the service provided. Thanks again guys!

They were good to deal with the first time round. Dealt with Cathy at reception who was lovely and gave us a good customer experience. Then we went to get some glass cut a second time and were told (by Kevin) “that this would be the last time” they would do it because it was “rude” of us to not buy it from them. It was a passive sook and we were made to feel like we did something wrong. Suffice to say we took our glass and left after being called rude. Granted, the job was only small and was just a few cuts, but nonetheless there are different ways of dealing with customers in such situations.

I am at the beginning of a large reno and will be in need of 13 windows cut to size. I was considering them given my good first experience. But not anymore.

Hi, my Mrs and I engage Taranto Windows and Glass to install a front security door.

The door was stylish and durable, however wasn't as per the brochure.

This was due to security door panels being designed for 2.1m high doors, not 2.4m which we ordered.

Taranto standard panels are not designed for 2.4m high doors, so Taranto amended and custom designed the security door without liaising with us, which had two separate designs and looked terrible and was contrary to the style we ordered.

Unfortunately we only found out while the installers were in the process of installing the door. The installers were very professional, clean and quick. We would of kept the door, however as the additional panel did not match the style of the house and the remaining lattice on the door, so we asked for a refund.

The whole process was a little frustrating, due to the lack of communication, however the refund took place fine.

As for service I rate them 2 stars due to lack of communication and 4 stars to the installation team.
