Very uncomfortable stay the beds were terrible. The mattress were so uncomfortable we could not sleep would of been better off in a swag. All we could smell was industrial disinfectant. Was advertised Foxtel there was none and very disappointed. Won't be staying again even though the owners were nice people.

A friend stayed 7 days a week paid$450 dollars as he had a new job nearby last year after one month kicked out of the room melbourne cup week he lived in his car they took him back for one more week when he found a room in a strangers two bedroom house he still lives in 4 months since leaving tanjil motor inn.

Great, updated amenities including aircon, heated towel rack, tv and great laundry facilities. Pool, spa in our room, plenty of parking and very friendly owners.

Great price, great location. Good pit stop if you're passing through Bairnsdale!

Surprisingly quiet for a place so near the main road. I think for value and comfort it's great

We stayed 2 nights, 7th & 8th May. Central to everything. The room was spotless! Very comfortable, and had everything that we needed. Facilities great.

Arrange for my friend to have a night away. Alan was accommodating and had discretion when my friend wanted to know how much I had paid to pay me back.
She commented on how nice, clean and spacious the room was. I would encourage accommodation at Tanjil Motor Inn.

Room was very dirty, appliances were faulty, rubbish left in room. I decided not to stay 2 nights as it was disgusting and unsafe. The DVD player was fusing out each time we moved it and toaster was extremely rusty. No testing tags were on and electrical equipment and very old and dated. Shower screen was disconnected from floor and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. I requested a refund as the room wasn't to health or safety standards. But was abused for not finding the male owner and speaking to his wife instead. Will not go back ever!

I have it on good authority from Captain Australia who is on his big walk from Brisbane to Melbourne that this is a great motel, comfy clean and community minded by generously donating a room to this weary traveller and helping him raise moneys for The Childrens Cancer Council. Support local business who support the community.

Really disappointed in manager. Booked 2 bedroom room. Got 1 bedroom which was totally unsuitable for our sleeping arrangements. Manager just did not care or even try to help. Would not recommend at all. So many great places in Bairnsdale but this is not one.

Well priced accommodation, clean, comfortable bed, shut out blinds. Could not ask for a better sleep over.

Alan and Karen are fantastic people who have gone above and beyond for me.
I very much appreciate it. The rooms are a great size and the bath is gorgeous.
I hope to stay here again sometime soon.

The facility was very clean. Alan was a pleasure to deal, he was available when required, and accomodating. The facilities such as an onsite washing machine, with a clothes dryer made my stay more comfortable. My room was clean, and spacious, which was great for my 2 week stay. Thanks for your hospitality.

Very pleasant owners.the rooms are clean. Short walk to the street and supermarkets and petrol stations next door.

Was a bit worried fussing the dog waiting for the boss to get off the phone but it turned out ok

Tanjil Motor Inn is a great place to stay. The owners Karen and Allen are friendly and welcoming. They provide a great service. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Bairnsdale.

Very friendly owners. Clean and tidy rooms. Small pool with safety gate clean and tidy. Enough amenities in room for stopovers including kettle, microwave and toaster. A pleasant stopover.

Best place I have stayed in for a long time. Clean and everything works. Excellant service. Will stay there again. Don't need to look elsewhere.

The place is clean and nice, but i wish the pillow is softer. Those pillows seems older than me. The tap is noisy also when in use.
