Outstanding service. They built us a computer and we couldn't be more happy with it. Very rarely do you get great service with great prices but that is exactly what we got at Tang Computers.

Fast service and repair and Tang himself is so friendly, easily best store in Pakenham for IT needs.

Needed a new screen on my laptop, called and arranged to drop off computer at 11am, Tang called to quote a very reasonable price, gave the go ahead to proceed with the work. Bought some parts from a different place as they had a bundle on and it was cheaper.i rang tang asking if it was possible for him to put my new parts in. He said yes, to which i asked how long it would take.he replied with "within a day" which was quicker than another place which had said 5-7 business days.i dropped my computer and the parts off to tang at 10: 10 this morning and had my computer back and completely ready to go at around 12pm.went home and computer was awesome, everything was great until something happened when i restarted my computer.it wouldnt load windows so i rang tang, he gave me a few things to try which didnt work so he told me to bring my computer in again.he stayed back a little after 5 (when the shop should shut) to help me out and get my computer running again.he got it fixed and running very quickly and im so grateful!
i really recommend tang for your PC upgrades and parts as his business is very affordable (well priced), very fast but efficient work and is all round just awesome!

Very good customer service. Tang went above and beyond to help me source the right computer for me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He has also assisted me sort out problems with my current laptop until I can purchase another one. Highly recommend!

Tang can fix a lot of things but there are some things he can not fix as the problem could be out of his criteria.
