Broken commercial screen under Styrofoam and packaging was tempered with. Took no responsibility or assistance to replace or refund. Said it was my fault in transit even though it wouldnt be possible in the location.
I was reached out by Michael within the sales team after I had made an order stating that they had a promotion going on and that I could get a free product on top of the order I made which required nothing extra of me. I would not expect this service from anywhere else so I’m greatly appreciated by the customer service and will continue to shop for my medical needs here, thank you very much!
