Charged me $150 to have to bottom of my bridesmaid dress CUT to length - the rest of the bridal party paid $30 elsewhere. Absolutely ripped me off. Staff were extremely unfriendly and made it seem like I was a burden. Will not be going back.

I took my items in the other day to be fixed, and they were ready for me the next day! Staff were very pleasant and kind. Thank you very much for your services, my items look good as new and I couldnt be happier.

We had Tamara do alteration on a formal dress virtually remade the dress in two weeks when no one else would touch it she is a magician so happy with the work she did as she can handle any job you want done ours was a big job and thank her so much for it and a reasonable price
Wonderful service and workmanship. My autistic son who reluctantly changes his old clothes to new ones (even though he grows out of them) cut his brand new United Benetons’ jacket literally in pieces. We were thinking of throwing it away but decided to try Tamara’s alterations first, just in case. Eugenia restored the jacket perfectly. The patches she put on the sleeves look like deliberately crafted design. Very happy with the work. Thank you.
Though work was good, customer service was lacking, and wasn't open when their own internet site stated otherwise. Very annoying especially as I had to travel to get here!
