2On the 2/7/2023 Me/My family/My Relatives we went to Taksim Square because of my grandmothers birthday. The customer service was good. My platter was ok.
Everything was fine but it is too expensive for the portions they serve. We had dinner on Saturday night with set menue and everyone was disappointed about the small portions. They should inform customers before ordering that their adult menue is not even enough for small kids. We felt completely ripped off by the restaurant. Not recommended at all!
P. S: Kids had their own foods and they didn't like our foods. Banquets' mains are way too small. We had ordered banquets for 10 adults and it was too small. It was not my 1st Turkish restaurant experience in Melbourne and all other restaurants were so generous and value for money. I have had several experiences with Turkish restaurants in Istanbul and they were so generous in their portions as well. I do think the menue and pictures in Instagram are misleading people.
The quality of the foods and taste were good and my criticism is only about portion size and the price asking for small portions.
