Very helpful and friendly staff and a great range of clothing. Went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble.

Thank you to all the lovely ladies at Ts Mornington. Alex, Lorraine, Fran whom I spoke with were so quick in finding the navy sweat dress. They posted it out quickly. It's the best experience I have ever had shopping over the phone. This store was recommended by a salesperson at Northcote as she was right. The customer service at this store is wonderful. They really care about their customers.

So much to choose from and great personal service by all the ladies. I love that their clothes are modern, tasteful and very stylish.

I was down in Mornington today for the day with my mum and sister and went into Taking Shape to look around. I had a couple items to try on so started with that. We then met Alex, who was such a great help. For someone like myself who hates shopping for clothes due to my size, I felt that Alex knew exactly how I was feeling and coached me through a few different outfits. I ended up trying on items even sizes I would never in my wildest dreams think would fit me, and as we went she explained each item and reassured me that it would fit and gave her honest opinion. It was a busy time with two or three other ladies in the store she was helping, yet I felt like she gave us her 100% attention. Thank you Alex for your help today we need for people like you helping us lost shoppers!

Wow, I'm visiting from the UK and have been EXTREMELY impressed with the welcome I received in TS Mornington. I'm in Mornington for 3 months, visited many clothing shops in the Main Street & have returned time & time again to TS because all staff relate to the fuller figure, know their stock inside out, make gentle suggestions about what colour & style suite my figure. There were times when I needed to keep an open mind & I'm sooo glad I did because the staff were right! I certainly appreciate the staff's professionalism & feel the curvy community of Mornington are lucky to have TS & the Mornington team on their doorstep.boy, I'll sure miss the TS team when I leave Mornington. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I hope TS management appreciate the quality of their Mornington staff, they are the gems on the TS crown.

Great shop for buying elegant outfits for ladies with a larger figure and their clothing is in keeping with the larger figure in mind that is they are designed for the larger figure
Not clothing designed for the smaller figure only made larger to fit the larger figure

The service you get in the Mornington store is so hit and miss, which is a real shame. It used to be a 100% great experience.
Now there are some staff members who are wonderful and others who act like customers are a pain for them to deal with. I now usually only go in if I can see that the friendly assistants are in store. This morning’s browsing experience convinced me that I should stick to that tactic, as my customer experience was very ordinary!
