13I'm a huge fan of Taking Shape and I think this is the nicest store I've been to. Clean, not overcrowded and easy to find exactly what you need. The staff were excellent, friendly and kind but not pushy. Will make the trip to Geelong just to come here!

I find these shops that have big blaring signs outside, 40% off, then inside sparse racks that look like winter stock in summer showing the only Sale signs, really annoying. Like clickbait. Nothing substantial on Sale and disinterested staff. Waste of time.
Great service. The staff are really helpful with selections, and they even steamed the wrinkles from my garment before I left.
My daughter and I walked in at 1.15pm on 25/1/22 we were asked to sign in via covid app. Told about black hangers on special, Last words the woman in the shop uttered, we walked out at 2pm and not once did the woman ask if we would like some help.
Thinking nah, service like that, they wont be around much longer, and no you cant blame covid for its demise, its the lack of assistance. Good shop gone bad sadly. Where did the lovely Lisa go?
The service we received from all the lovely staff members today was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they took the time to help my mum find something she felt comfortable in. Thankyou so much ladies a very pleasant shopping experience

Bought their bathers. They smelt and disintegrated after one month. I did not leave them wet, I used them at a public pool.
