9Twice I have gone into this shop and twice received no service. I was, however, asked to move while staff rearranged the racks.
Excellent. I had a lady called Zoe who was wonderfully helpful.she gave the type of service that makes you want to come back again and again.well done Zoe
If i could give zero starts i would. Rude staff no help whats so ever. Told the staff what i wanted and what size i had been using. Explaned that i had lost weight and was not sure of the size i now requided. When i tired on they didnt fit so the staff brought a bigger size and her words where well you cant have lost much weight. I will never again shop at taking shape Ballarart or any where else. Time for the owners to stand up and take responsibility for the way their customers are treated. At the very least i fell im owed an apology for the way i was spoken to.
Great place for lovely clothes. Thanks to Julie. She always give the best service and advice. She is one of the reasons I shop there. She was there at the first shop when I had my original experience of ts:)

Love this shop, the staff are always so friendly, picked up some great bargains too! The clothes are well fitting, and I don't have to alter anything like I do at other clothing outlets!
