I have been a My Aged Crae client of Taking Care now for 6 months. Irena visits every second week for one hour and I have to say that I have noticed the considerable improvement in my body as the weeks roll on. My pain levels have reduced considerably, and I think that the main reason is that the massages assist me greatly in getting the blood running freely throughout.
