Very poor experience, no prices on the timber and told it was too difficult to price everything, when I paid for timber the price was nearly double what I was told in the yard, way over priced I’ll go back to the larger store that has priced goods, staff are untrained and couldn’t care less to you can stick ya timber where it fits

Service was good but needs attention to the customer experience. I was left alone because I was ex employee which suited me.

Try somewhere else so unhelpful and rude not worth the time when there are so many other option jonathon and his team will avoid you at all cost, what a massive inconvenience to have to serve you

Staff in certain areas have little knowledge of products or the whereabouts of product/s in the painstaking setout. So many staff with very little direction or training. Very frustrating running around 5 different buildings. Was excited about coming to the new revamped store, looks great but not functional in my opinion. I haven't given up hope and will return for better service and direction.

Bought modwood decking, cheaper than others, delivery very reasonable, same day, tracking via phone App, called back when they said they would. Couldn't fault it.

Full service & advice hardware store. Commercial timberyard & builders supplies yard behind the main building.
