I would like to provide 0 rating but no option. Very poor service and no sense of customer service at all. Charged full price for fixing zipper at trouser, broken after a day.

Worst service dropped off my dress told them i needed it before saturday they told me to come in on friday at 7pm arrived the store was closed got quoted 150 to get a dress altered ripp off never going back there again calling me a liar i have all the proof you greedy ppl

This business is very shifty and I encourage others to avoid. Spend your money elsewhere and drive the extra 5 mins to support someone else's business.
I took my dress to get dry-cleaned and have a button fixed. They issued me a receipt with a total amount to be paid when picked up for $18. Their receipt also said $18 due on pick up but happened to write in pen on their receipt $26.
You can't issue customers a receipt and then write on your receipt a different number thinking customers won't realize.
The lady walked away and spoke to a male in their language came back and said "ok" and still proceeded to punch in $26 on the machine hiding the amount and making me tap thinking I wouldn't notice. Luckily I didn't tap and read the number and called them out.
At the end of the day it's not about the money but you can't issue customers receipts and charge extra thinking we won't catch on.

Highly recommend this tailor as he was able to alter 2 of my shirts how I wanted, where as most other places said they could not even attempt such an alteration.

Shorten my daughters dress twice and hasn't done the job properly would never go back there again very bad service

Brought in a few pairs of pants to get altered and they came out great and on time! Nice and easy to deal with as well Would definitely go back highly recommend

I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at Tailor 2 Fit. I had pants and a dress to be altered. They said it would be ready in 2 days. Four days later I called and they had still not been completed. They said to come in again another 2 days later. When i went there, they said they had not completed the alterations yet. I asked for my money back, which they gave me. Then 5 minutes later called to say they actually had done the pants alternations but not the dress. I went back and paid for the pants. I wore the pants 2 weeks later and within 2 hours of me wearing them the entire hemming had unravelled. A complete waste of my time and $40. I am completely dissapointed and would not recommend.

Brought my oversized jacket for alteration. The team are very experienced and their handcraft is beyond standard. They carry good attitude and give good service. I walk out as a happy customer. I have confidence in them and I will definitely return.

This was the first time ever that I have had an item of clothing altered and I could not be more pleased with the results! Perfection! The finish on the area where I got the jeans altered is just like the original stitching.

Have had pants and shirts altered and would not go anywhere else. Great service delivering quality for a great price, they pay attention to detail and deliver on what they promise.
