Bad customer service no greeting and rushing people no sense of humour etc. Lucky me, not West money and time there.

I've been going to this place for years because they're great however I'm disappointed this time. I needed elastics for 2 skirts replaced. I had already removed the old elastics & provided the new elastics for both skirts. They only had to sew the elastic onto the material which I couldn't do because my machine is broken. They charged me $45 per skirt. They sewed over the overlocking that was already there without removing it first. Now I have to unpick the old overlocking. When I questioned the price she wouldn't budge. I feel very ripped off. I won't be going there again.

Had the best experience here! I needed a last minute alteration done and the ladies were so helpful getting it done in one night. Alterations were done with such great quality too, would 10/10 recommend this place!

These ladies are absolute and utter God sends! After the store recommended tailor had created some issues on my wedding dress, we brought it here (our usual tailors) and my dress was brought back to life! I wouldn't bother trusting anyone else as long as these ladies are around! You WILL NOT get better work done! <3 thank you again <3

The most rude lady I have come across! She spoke with such rudeness and aggression. Will never use or recommend again. Definitely needs to scrub up on customer service skills. Shocking! Disgusting behaviour

This was my first time taking something to be altered. Usually I make my own clothes, but I knew attempting to shorten and hem the light and floaty fabric of a new evening dress myself would be a huge headache with a poor result. I’m very glad I brought it here— they did a great job, and it was an easy (for me) process. The price was very fair, considering the time and skill that I know goes into something like this, and I even got some money back when they realized the lining didn’t need hemming too. Next time someone hears that I sew and tries to get me to do their alterations, I will send them here!

Called before dropping off a bridesmaids dress to be taken up as needed it within 2 days. Was told no issue. Immediately dropped off and reiterated it was needed 2 days later by lunch time.
Went to collect dress at noted time and it had not even been started. Excuse was they got busy but zero attempt has even been made to contact me to let me know so I could attempt to arrange alternative alterations. Considering it was clearly noted it was for a wedding and there was a firm deadline this poor service was inexcusable

We had a wonderful experience here and the owners are so lovely and very good at their craft. We had two silk dresses that needed to be hemmed (with a slit) and they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend and would absolutely come back for more alterations.

We were left in a really awful situation by another tailor for my husbands wedding shirt in the week of our wedding. We are so fortunate we went in to see these ladies and they really saved the day for us just a few days out. We felt so helpless with a ruined and unwearable shirt, but they not only put our minds at ease by forming a plan, they managed to execute it within a day and the quality and fit was amazing. We can't thank them enough and are just disappointed that we didn't see them in the first instance. We would highly recommend them!

Tailor To previously did a good job with two pairs of jeans that needed to be shortened, but I was really nervous about bringing in my two-piece wedding outfit for alterations. The job was not easy, as I wanted the beaded lace top to be slit open at the side with Chinese buttons added for a better fit and also a more elegant look.

Susie is such a lovely person with a kind personality, and she was able to offer professional advice based on my idea. What surprised me even more was, instead of buying these Chinese buttons, she used the chiffon material from my wedding skirt that needed to be shortened to make these buttons from scratch!

Excellent service, reasonable prices, high quality, and kind and caring tailors. Highly recommend!
