Excellent Service Provided after being assisted by Melissa with quotes I decided Tag Security would be a great choice to have complete installations of my cameras and alarm.

I had Usman and the team install a set of 4 cameras and a alarm over the weekend. I requested for a data point to be installed Usman advised he would make it work. I am very happy with the service I received Usman and the team went out of their way to assist me. Usman also installed my Eufy Doorbell without any issues. I highly recommend Tag Security!

I am writing this review after testing the CCTV system for 5 months that Tag Security installed and I highly recommend their service. First, Melissa was an incredible sales consultant. She listened to my requirement and budget and offered an awesome solution. Their price was the best I received after consulting several companies for a supply and install job and the system specs (storage capacity + camera resolution) I received. She was readily responsive to my questions and several calls over a couple of days before making a decision. Melissa's approach to the sale provided assurances that they are a professional company that looks after their clients. On the day of the installation Usman and his colleague rocked up right on time, and within a couple of hours, the job was done and we haven't looked back since. The System they installed (great specs but I will not reveal them) has been working perfectly to date with no issues whatsoever. We've had a couple of power outages in the area and yet the CCTV system restarts without any trouble upon restoration of power. We get clear images and videos and continuous monitoring via mobile notification and live streaming on our mobile phones. Keep up the great service guys and thank you Melissa and Usman!

Excellent customer service, the admin team along with the technicians went above and beyond to assist and accomodate me. I was informed about all the products and costs involved at all times.
