Disappointing experience!
I have visited the Tag Heuer store at Chadstone to buy a watch for my nephew on 4 May 2023. When I walked into the store, the lady staff member was helping other customer. I was going to wait for my turn however although she saw me a few times she just totally ignored me. Even when she passed me, she didn't say hi.
I have no idea how much the customer spent today but you also missed a customer who was going to spend over 10K.
I bought the watch online instead.
The sale Staff are so rude and inappropriate i went to the chadstone store today to talk to them about a watch I purchased two days ago from them (on their website it says 30 days return policy for change of mind) but they didn’t offer any refund and when I ask to talk to the store manager she judged me very harshly it’s like first they pressed me to buy it then they like why did u buy it if we weren’t sure about it and now we can’t provide you with refund only store credit, I’m very disappointed plz don’t buy anything from then if ur not sure
The service was absolutely amazing and the staff were so helpful. I have never experienced such amazing customer service from all the staff at tag. I was given professional advice regarding my Watch that needed a repair on the band. They changed the band and cleaned the watch within nine days. I had the watch back and I am now wearing it happily. A brilliant experience and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you TAG!

Very disappointing experience.
After visiting the boutique few times I went to buy the that was on hold for me.
I was totally ignored by staff.
When I approached a staff member the feeling was that they really can not be bothered to serve us.
It was a special day for us and my husband planned to purchase a watch as well.
After seeing the terrible costumer service he decided not to purchase.
We ended up purchasing mine but we’re very close to leave the boutique empty handed as I didn’t want this special purchase of over $3000 to leave a bad taste.
Since my husband new how much I wanted this watch we continued with the purchase.
When I received an email from tag to review my purchase I replied with a very detailed message of the horrible customer service. It was so bad that we even asked the sell person if everything is ok.
The worse thing is that tag didn’t even acknowledge my reply and I never heard anything back. Not happy at all.
Service was great, especially the Korean lady who was assisting me. She was so friendly and helpful!
I went to buy a watch for my husband. Amanda was helping me to choose for watch for him my husband was very happy. My mission was successful. She was greatest helper.
Worst service, staff not helpful at all. I have been offered some Merchandise by store on my purchase, which never delivered. I spoke to one of the customer service lady at the store over the call very disappointed with store communication too. Seems like no body care at this store once you purchase.
Bought few watched from City store way way better to deal with in compare.
Still issue is been unresolved. Tag heuer CHANDATONE big no.

Very disappointed with the staff members on the 29th May. I had been to this store a number of times before to purchase a few watches and their services have always been quite good. However, the most of the staff on that day were quite reluctant and almost unwilling to serve us.
We asked for a specific watch and she just went "oh. There's some over there. " and gestured in a general direction while leaning against the wall looking uninterested.
Absolutely terrible service. I have a range of tag watches and wouldn't even take the time to deal with me.
I had the pleasure of purchasing a watch for my father's 60th from Carmen. The service and care she took was exemplary. One of the nicest people I've met and I would purchase another 10 watches just for the conversation alone.

In Chadstone branch in Melbourne I had the worst experience ever! Very rude and very disappointing!
stood me for 15 minutes at the door without any body explaining and no one approached to help me and they passed by me couple of times looking at me and saying nothing not a single word or a smile or explanation until I left! I was planning to spend 10,000 dollars on a watch which I won't as it is going to remind me off a bad memory.
