The service is simply the best and how good it is to top it up with great food. We go there almost every week if not twice a week.

Amazing food. Jo is a pleasure to meet with. Highly recommended even if you've never tried Mexican, just try it once and you'll never regret.

Love the place. Food is delicious and hospitality is great. Always had good experience. Highly recommended for Vegetarian people

An award should be handed to the employees of Taco Bill in Epping, for providing the most phenomenal customer service of the year.
I cannot speak highly enough of both employees Joe and Rachel!

The employees are outstanding with an above and beyond friendly, most professional way in serving customers. They go out of their way towards catering to the specific needs of every customer, no matter any food limitations or requests you may have. This service is provided also during the busiest hours.

This was our first time there. We were not disappointed. From the friendly smiling staff and mouth watering food. We will be back.

Some food is really nice, fish tacos are probably the best thing.
I had chicken tacos which were wet, sloppy, bland and cold they were terrible.
I had a burrito which isn’t really what I expected the flavours were really nice not as much beef as u would think tho.
The worst part of the restraunt is after paying a $160 bill you get told of the 3 dollar card surcharge!
These are ridiculous and put people off. We don’t care you have to pay $4000 a year that’s apart of your business cost not the patrons. We don’t ask for petrol money to get to your restraunt do we? All in all it is good for a fun Mexican experience but the food is a bit average.

Great food and lovely people who interact with a smile. Can be a little to difficult to see driving by so eyes out. Well worth a tasty visit.

I used to love Taco Bill. They have got Great Mexican food.
However, my last experience was kind of bummer. I got an email for Free birthday meal and visited them with family.
Waitress there hardly understood any English. When we asked for recommendation she suggested Cancun for 2 adults. I asked if the birthday deal would be applicable on it. She said yes.
When I went to pay, they handed me a bill of $70. I tried to clarify that I was told that birthday meal would be cover 1 adult, the cashier refused. It was my birthday so I didn't argue and paid in full.

Kids like it but whoa, not that great for adults. Fiod is very simple fast food style of Mexican and nit that tasty.
This particular restaurant suffers from dishes and portion sizes that vary depending on when you visit - they might have chef issues.
Also, staff are a bit lost most of the time. There's often checking on items, food coming out at different times, things forgotten. That said, there is a middle aged lady who holds tbis place together. Hard to imagine how the place would run without her!

Visited this place a handfull of times. One Waitress (blonde haired lady, who im sure works on her own) has exceptional customer service 4 stars for her service alone!
The food however has changed since my last visit, i'm guessing a new Chef. The Mexican rice is more now like plain rice and the refried frijole beans were flavourless and soupy. I will visit again for the Service and hope that the food will improve, but if not, i will be looking elsewhere for a Mexican meal.

Joe is amazing, she is so friendly and remembers my family whenever we eat at Taco Bill. Excellent food, we always leave there very full. Join the club for free birthday meals.

We have been searching for years for another Mexican style resteraunt that was on par with the one that used to be in Lower Plenty. We found our new spot.

Not only was the food delectable, the service was also out standing. They were so understanding of our hurricane daughter and were just amazingly patient with us.

First time at the restaurant and found the staff to be nice. Was a busy night and staff kept us informed throughout the night. Had Mexican food for many years part owning a Taco Bill in Fairfield and the food tonigh was very good. Will definitely be coming back.
