Taco Bill - Essendon

Left out half my order out yet I was charged the full amount, second time in a row. Extremely dissatisfied

This restaurant is always busy. I decided to try and was overall happy with my 1st Mexican food experience. The service was excellent, prompt food and delicious Nachos. There cheese is the best.

I went to Taco bill with my boyfriend Saturday night for our anniversary dinner and had the best time. The food was great, we scored half price margaritas until 7: 30 & the service was excellent. I want to give a shout out to Noel because his hospitality is awesome and you can see he really cares if you have a good experience

Appalling customer service. Ordered take away and they forgot some of our meals. They refused to deliver the missing meals and refused a refund. They said we would have to come pick it up ourselves. It was delivery you numpties.

Waited 45 minutes for order which came out incorrect first time so they took it back still incorrect second time around as well, except this time meal was completely cold though centre so just paid for drinks already ordered and entree and left hungry have been looking forward to taking my wife out for dinner all week what a disappointment

Nice food and friendly staffs, however the waiting time was abit long for the food and drinks to arrive.

Great Taco Bills. Always the best nachos, enchiladas and fahitas. Will be back. I've been going to Taco Bills for nearly 30 years and this seems to be one of the good ones. Keep it up guys.

The food was amazing but the service was extremely poor!

They wanted to close because there was no business, even though there was an hour left until they actually close. After ordering our entree and asking for it to come out first, he came back and told us that we had to have it all together. Once we received our food he constantly came over asking if we wanted it in a take away container, we felt extremely rushed in a very unprofessional and rude manner.

I would like to give them negative rating. They have spoiled my party.
I am a pure vegetarian and ordered all vegetarian items. In the order, instead of spinach n cheese they put beef. Luckily before anyone would have eaten, my friend noticed it. And when we went back, they just said sorry and gave the replacement. But there was no FEELING to say that, they said for the sake of saying.
I always go through Taco Bill Keilor road or Collins square. Tried this ist time and will never ever go back.
Vegetarians please be aware of their mistake. Sometimes we eat and don't even realise it. We were so disappointed, ist time any meat entered into our house. I visited whole night that day, just by thinking if I would have eaten that.

I have been there plenty of times before and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The only issue sometimes is the wait for the food can be long.

The last thing a customer wants is being lied to. We requested to move from our right-next-to-the-door table to the one recently vacated by another customer (mind you we have two kids and that seat wasn’t ideal to start with) but were first told it was okay and then after speaking to the ‘manager’, we were told it was reserved for their ‘regular customers’. When the so called regular customers came, I asked if they had made reservations, THEY HAD NOT! According to the wait staff Alisha, Mark, the manager went to the restaurant next door so I didn’t get the honour of discussing this with Mark. So future customers, when you book, make sure to request for seats way inside, otherwise you’ll be managing the door throughout your dinner. My family won’t be booking to eat there in future to our disappointing evening. Alisha, next time get your facts right.

Came here with my sister as I have been craving Mexican food for some time. Would have been better off going to Gusman Y Gomez but I wanted to give Taco Bill a try. My sister got the chicken quesadilla and it came out freshly microwaved as the plate was incredibly hot but worse thing was the waitress didn't say be careful it's hot. Instead when I asked her why she didn't say it, she said she had. Pretty dodgy. The chicken wasn't of good quality either, you get what you pay for and all but the quality didn't match. I had the beef fajita and it was pretty good. I wouldn't come back as I am sure there are better Mexican restaurants out there. It's pretty annoying being asked 4 times if you're ready to order too. It's a small restaurant, you'd think they can see we're not ready to order.
