Amazing, fun and cosy little Mexican restaurant with yummy delicious Mexican food! It's so yum I wish I could come here everyday (only if I had the money) staff are also amazing and kind! You have to come here it's a 10/10 from me

Have been coming here since it opened in the '80's. Had my 30th birthday party here in 1989. Always a great feed and terrific, faultless staff. Not listed on the menu, but they offer a great plate of potato skins with beef and/or chicken. Tasty.
Update - Potato Skins are no more but there are still many tasty reasons to go to Taco Bill in Black Rock. I enjoyed a terrific Fajitas meal tonight and still love their big burritos, especially the prawn&scallops one. Friendly staff. Always a filling meal!

So delicious regular nachos and Enchilada, we went.with my friend we got very good food also vegetarian options, and good size for the prize it was so tasty just I think miss a little bit latin vibes, they didn’t have mexican or latin music but we enjoyed a lot

Always reliably great food and good service. Had take away several times and it has been prompt and the same quality.

Me and my dad go there pretty often and its always been pretty good to us, they serve good mexican food at a very reasonable price.

I had always ordered take away at our favourite Taco Bill (previous owners Jo and David). Food quality was delicious and food servings were substantial. Jo had such warmth and very hospitable towards her customers.it's a shame for us she left but she deserves the retirement.im sure the new owners will continue to hold up the current reputation it has amongst it's loyal customers.

Although the food was good, the customer service was terrible. Currently in the restaurant waiting for our food which we ordered an hour ago. A table of 10 are seated besides my table of 4 twenty minutes after we arrived are almost finished their meals before we have received our first. Very disappointed

Came here on a Saturday night with my husband and 18month old. We got seated upstairs the customer service was outstanding. The 3 young waiters were so good with my son, always smiling (even when he would drop his toys off the high chair constantly) The food came out quick and tasted delicious. Will be coming back soon

My favourite meal after a hot Melbourne day is Taco Bill's fish tacos. The flathead fillets they use are excellent. Add a and it's perfect. Great, attentive staff.

Really nice food when you get the right dish. The enchiladas and chili fries were great, but the prawn taxis lacked flavour. Overall though, the quality was great.

Standard Tex Mex and delicious! Cute place, friendly staff and quick service. Prices were good and big portions! Everything tasted fresh and the tacos had heaps in them. Had an issue which was quick rectified by staff. Close to the beach and easy parking behind.

Holly, Tanvi and Ginger are the best waitresses you will ever meet. They are so kind deserve a pay rise and I recommend visiting this store just for their service.

I got takeaway from here last week and it was terrible. Worst Mexican I have had in some time, and considering the price I expected much better. THe dine-in experience was always good, but I haven't been here in a while (because of lockdown) and the takeaway just wasn't worth the trip.

I have a deal with my girls that we will try a different restaurant or cuisine on our monthly eat out, today they requested for Mexican!

Taco Bill in Black Rock is the best decision made. First and foremost, the food is top notch, from the nachos to the tacos and fajitas & enchiladas! To top it off they serve very good beverages from the squash to the midori, margaritas and not forgetting the dessert to satisfy the sweet tooth at the end of our meal!

This is complemented by the warm and thoughtful hospitality from Jo and David and their team, well done guys and keep it up, we will be back for more

We had such a fulfilling meal that we practically rolled out of the restaurant tonight!

An absolute must if you are in the area!

Cute Mecican joint in black rock. Loved the Sangria. Tried the chilli chips and it was yumm. Slow cooked beef with rice was delicious. Service was excellent. Thanks for the lovely dinner.

You always get so full eating at Taco Bill's! The stuffed jalapenos (which I hadn't had before) are really good as were the nachos we all shared and then topped off with the classic La Combinacion (pictured below (minus the taco which I'd already eaten)

Vegetarian enchilada is delicious, plentiful and was very speedy. Friendly and helpful customer service. Keen to come back!

Had the fish Taco and Chicken Burrito it was fresh and served on hot plates so the food stayed warm while u ate it, nothing worse than cold Mexican!
