Taco Bill - Malvern East

Taco Bill Malvern East was a delight on a Friday night! All nine of us dined and the food was served efficiently and was all delicious. The environment was very pleasant with plenty of classics to bop along to, and the staff didn’t mind taking group photos of us either! Professional by all means and we’ll see you again soon!

Nice place to be. Food is amazing and friendly people. For sure will introduce to my friends and will be back.

Not quite sure what happened to Taco Bills Malvern over the last few Months.
Previously we were disappointed with the food on 2 separate occasions and even my guests thought it was below par. Last Monday I decided to give it one more go and to my surprise and that of my guests, we found the food was back to it's brilliant best. The taste was back and that coupled with the Monday night discount it made for great food night out. The staff were friendly as usual and there were plenty of seats to be had, so if by chance you might have experienced the same as I had in the past its time to give it another go now. You wont be disappointed if you appreciate the traditional Taco Bill flavor.

I am uber driver and want to suggest if you are going to wait us more than 15 minutes then dont just tell us 2 min only. We are not getting money for 15 min wait and we can finish one more delivery in 15 minutes.
So just care of drivers and customers who ordered food.

Pre booked a group of 18. Food came out over 45 minutes. Utter confusion figuring out who ordered what. Orders forgotten. Overall we were there for over 2 hours. Very unexceptable. Not coming here again and telling everyone to avoid this restaurant. Frequent other franchises with no issue at all. Just this one is near useless

On Thursday 8th March 2018 I went there once and I had the Beef Fajitas but it upset my stomach so it was extremely nice of Jesse to send me a Taco Bill Mexican Restaurants Gift Certificate for $25 to say sorry for the inconvenience. Since the Gift Certificate didn't arrive it was extremely nice of him to send me a replacement with Registered Post.

The food was average, obviously tamed for the Australian market, had some taste but no spice.

Everything fried was a little too greasy needed draining more.
The fajita, the tortillas served were to small and to few and no refried beans, cmon, just small bit of rice, lettuce, then the salsa, sour cream and sprinkle of cheese.

Service was not great, it seemed the staff couldn't cope with resteraunt being half full, took age to get the attention to order another drink. Only half cleared the table between main and dessert.

The kaluha ice cream, take standard ice cream and pour over a shot of kaluha, nothing else to tie it together, really!

If I dine out, I expect food better than I can make myself.

To add a further insult, I had signed up to website twice, never got my 25% off email either time.

I’ve enjoyed two meals here, so far. Tasty food. Friendly staff. Comfortable, older, nice but not fancy environment. Happy to return.

Taco Bill Malvern's food is great but their staffs are not very friendly. Customer service was not the best but it was compensated with their delicious food. We've been here couple of times and they're consistent with their good food, they just have to improve a little bit on their customer service. I know they're busy during peak hours but they should also show good customer service even under pressure. Overall, it's a great place to go when you want Mexican food.

Have eaten in many times and had great experiences. Ordered online for delivery this time - and it was very disappointing experience. After an hour and a half my wife called them - clearly had lost our order - it finally arrived after 2.5 hrs! Food was sloppy and rushed. All round a bad delivery experience. Would not order delivery again.

Had a lovely time with my wife, daughter and her partner. Food was great.

Would certainly go again next time. The young people working there were really friendly and helpful.

Lovely place very friendly staff and prompt service. Great food, very tasty with fresh ingredients, best Mexican food we've ever had. Had colouring sheets for kids, great for families or group gatherings. Will definitely come again with more friends.

Mexican /TexMex in name is about the best that could be said for this chain in general. Authentic it is not.
