Taco Bill - Beaconsfield

I know this isn't probably an issue with the actual restaurant but the chain itself.
You pay 22 dollars for a large nachos that's barely even large and is clearly microwaved, in fact almost everything is clearly microwaved because of how pipping hot the plate is when it comes out on almost every single dish.

Unfortunately a very disappointing takeaway (delivery) order this evening. Received our order with many items missing that complete our meal. Some were supposed to be included in the meal… others were paid add-ons. Got a refund from Uber eats for 1 s small missing item but then realised we were missing more and cannot now get a refund ruined our meal with the missing items. Very disappointed.

Tasty food and nice atmosphere. Have always enjoyed the food but usually get it delivered and of course it’s always better when eating in restaurant. Loved the samplers of the margaritas. Food was delicious. Always really enjoy the nachos supremos and the stuffed jalapeños. Only thing I’d say is the proportion of what comes with the fajitas is all wrong. Too much filling for the amount of fajitas you get. Only get 4 fajitas but enough filling for 6 fajitas.

Went for a friends birthday. The vibe was fun, the food was great and the cocktails delicious.

Typical mexican fare. Food was decent and portion sizes are pretty generous so make sure you don't overorder. Don't forget to ask for the hot sauce because as they are the dishes are not at all spicy.

Lovely food and amazing decor. Margaritas were on point. I will recommended the Fajitas and also the combination to try their meals on one plate.

Sadly they purchased La Cantina, where I used to purchase regularly. We got one spoon of rice! We used to get a cup.
The service is appalling and the person on Saturday would not even listen. He knew we were buying for two.
I do not recommend taking away at all.

To the kitchen staff. TERRIBLE WORK. Your cheese was overcooked, rock hard and looked bubbly on the plate. This happens when the cheese is overcooked or microwaved. There was no stretch to the cheese, it was just all solid. Also, the enchilada grande was SLOP.mushy beef mixed with way too much cheese and no flavour, not to mention EVERY SINGLE SIDE costs extra. Guacamole? Extra, beans? Extra. Even sour cream was extra. These things used to be included on the plate. So disappointed.
Also to the male waiter - SPEAK UP. You seemed uneasy and nervous and you were struggling to understand our orders. What happened to this place? Birthday dinner ruined. Go elsewhere.

Great Mexican food, fish bowl was even better! Street tacos and vegetable fajitas were yum. More vegan options would be better.

My wife and I were so over the slow and inefficient service at the Pakenham branch that we decided to give Beaconsfield branch another try.
Service at Beaconsfield was really no better than the service at Pakenham.
At both branches there was seldom ever any follow-up as to how we were enjoying our meals or giving us a chance to order more drinks, we have to put our hand up and call over to the waiters to get their attention, like we were back at school.
Just ordering a coke and a mineral water took around 10 minutes to be brought to our table.
When we paid the bill, the young lady who we assumed to be some sort of manager, who looked like she was not long out of school herself and most likely young enough to be our daughter, proceeded to lecture us about "being rude" to her staff.
We did not swear or raise our voices to her staff, we were not abusive in any way and I would agree with her if did behave in that manner, but we didn't.
We were effectively told that we are not welcome back anymore if we were going to be rude to her staff.
Especially after being tired from a long day, the last thing I really wanted was to be given a lecture from some girl about half my age.
I was brought up to respect my elders.
We assured her that we will never be back.

The worst Mexican joint around. The beans are beyond terrible, I would have felt less insulted if they served it to me in a trough for half the price. Have some self respect and do not dine here

Called in for impromptu dinner with my son Friday night. First waitress was friendly although didn't ask my son if he would like a drink, we had to ask for that later.
We ordered Nachos supreme for entree to share, this was very quickly brought to the table by a young blonde waitress with a pony tail. She plonked the nachos on the table and walked away without saying a word, as she left I requested that we get two plates as we had none, she continued walking away, thinking she hadn't heard me I had to go up to the reception area and saw the girl who brought the nachos to our table and asked her for two plates please as we had none.
A couple of minutes later she came to our table and literally banged two small plates on our table, no 'sorry guys' just banged two plates still stacked together on the table and gave us a filthy look, and was muttering under her breath.
Honestly Taco Bill you need to vet your staff better, this girl knows absolutely nothing about customer service, had the worst attitude I have ever come across in any restaurant. This girls attitude was appalling, she actually doesn't deserve a job.
Had there been somewhere working there that looked senior I would have complained there and then. This is actually the first time I have left any review for any restaurant! I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years.
The food itself was mediocre, the Nachos had hardly any
toppings, certainly not enough for the meal.
We both ordered beef enchiladas which had basically no flavour and were extremely salty. We were never asked if we would like another drink nor asked if we wanted dessert.
We will never return.

Had a group of 13 the chicken barritos was sitting in a lot of oil and the rice was cold wraps were stucked together and cold when it reached our table meals weren't nice at all kids fish and chips were cold as well meals were late to some paid for meals that were left not eaten not going again

The food was bland. I ordered the burrito bowl with chicken, but all I could taste was the tomato and cabbage. My partner, ordered a burrito, all the rice, beans and the cheese were on the side.

We also ordered chips, but they were like ordinary fish n' chips chips, and they came with tomato sauce (you can make better chips at home, just add paprika, chilli flakes, oregano, cumin and garlic, and use a mayonnaise-based dip)

Tacobill is a Mexican knock off, for people who want to have their food LOOK Mexican, but it's really an English restaurant with English flavours.

The 2 stars are purely based on my personal preference for flavour and food layout. The food was fresh, the atmosphere and the customer service was satisfactory.

Overpriced and basic! Served me canned beans on stale bread, called it a vegan taco.charged full price. No guacamole, veggies, nothing. What a joke.

Reasonable food, but service was disgusting! No one took our van order for 45 minutes, when it arrived it was wrong and no one checked on us during the meal. If we wanted anything we had to go to the cash register to ask! We won’t be back

I came here with a group of friends for a nice, quiet dinner after waiting over an hour we received microwaved food costing more than my nans dentures! Eating the over cooked food I haven’t chewed that hard since my glory days at tramp.

Forgot my whole chicken crunch wrap and got the rest of my order wrong, spent more money than the stuff I actually received

This is a great, modern and well staffed resturant. This isn't the usual dark or dated Mexican, it was lively and loud with many enjoying the great food and big drinks.
