Taco Bill - Springvale

This place is the place to go for Mexican food! Very friendly staff, the food was served and presented professionally, not to mention the food was delicious.

I will be going there with my wife again and would highly recommend of you ever have the Mexican food craving.

I went with the idea of having a nice big bowl of chilli con carne but they didn't have it on the menu. So, I ordered the stuffed jalapenos instead. A few minutes later, the waitress came out and told me they'd run out. They'd run out so, at that point, I walked out. Save your money; there are businesses that deserve your money more.

I decided to give this place another try, thinking maybe I had been too harsh the first time.

They had jalapenos this time, but still no chilli con carne as a main course. The waitress said they could give me some as a side but it would be in a small bowl. I said I had thought I'd be able to get chilli con carne as a main course. She had a think about that and then said, "Well, I'll ask the chef if he can give it to you on a plate, with rice and beans, " which is basically what I wanted, so that was alright.

I also asked for a mango slushy, but what I was given did not taste a hint of mango. I asked the waitress if she was sure it was mango and she assured me it was. I said it tasted more like lemon. She said, "Yes, we use lemon as a base but then put mango on top. " She then shrugged and said, "It is sometimes sweet like mango [shrug]; sometimes not, more like lemon, I guess. " She did not offer to change it or give me a refund.

So, my opinion of this place remains the same. Save your money. There are far better places that are more deserving of your business.

Half-price meals for three served very quickly. Serving sizes were perfect. Staff were very friendly. Meals were not spicy so it was perfect for the 6 y.o. At our table. Not authentic but tasty nonetheless.

The staff were amazing so friendly and caring I have been coming here for years not only with my partner but friends and family and it is a wonderful place with fantastic food and just a amazing place to go to all together highly recommend

The dining room. Dusty, quiet and out of place. Between seeing an employee the whole time watching tv in the back even down to the over flowing paper towels near the bathrooms. I was honestly disappointed. Tacos and burritos covered in oil, The plates were piping hot, straight out of the microwave. Even the waitresses didn’t know what was what but were still super nice. It’s sad to see a restaurant with potential but lacks proper management and direction. Unfortunately we won’t be back, I can guarantee that there are local businesses that are a fraction of the price and more fresh with no microwaves needed.

Food is always consistent, staff are really friendly and accommodating for any changes. Favourites are the Delgada and the Popcorn Prawns. My partner loves the combination beef plate.

The quality has dropped so much compared to yrs ago. Burrito was just plain bad. Nothing was in it. I'm sorry but i will not be coming back to this place and will just drive to mt waverley where there is a wicked Mexican place there instead. Wish i could just throw up that burrito i just ate.

Thought we would give taco bills a try, my wife and I LOVED the nacho supreme with pulled beef. I WAS FABULOUS! The cheese was sufficient and had a great flavour. Toppings were some very good guacamole, sour cream, and last but not least, some fabulous salsa. We would definitely come back for that. Loved it, the only reason it didn't get 5 stars is it looked a bit tired inside.

My partner and I visited this place and was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness. We came in near closing and they were still welcoming and had quick service.

We went for a late dinner around 8.30 on Saturday night and the place was half occupied, which is great for someone who wants a relatively quite place without someone seated an elbow's distance from you. The place is a bit dated so it doesn't have the noise absorbing softer decor.

We went for a quick meal. So, we didn't stay for long, but there were a few tables that seemed like they were having a jolly time enjoying their drinks and the complimentary hats. We ordered 2 mains, a starter, a dessert and 2 soft drinks. We were pretty happy to be in and out in less than an hour. There was a steady stream of customers coming through, but the meals came out promptly and the service was friendly with enthusiastic servers waiting the tables.

They have plenty of vegetarian options, but I would have expected a lot more for a restaurant of this type e.g. A vegetarian burrito was missing. The prices are a little on the steep side, for the style of food they serve. However the portion sizes are adequate

There was some rude staff except from Tom. There was a point where the food was 30 minutes late, we said To the waitress “The foods a bit late don’t you think? ” In a polite way,
Looked at us, rolled her eyes then walked away.

The food was very average, seems over the years the quality is just not the same. Hubby and I had La Combination and the burrito had very bad taste, it was chicken so left it aside.
Staff were pleasant, but the timing between entree and mains too long. I believe the place needs a little bit of a clean up

Didn't blow my socks off but it was ok. Maybe I picked the wrong meal this time. Cosy but could be loud with a full house.

Food and service was good but the people sitting next to us were so loud and swearing it ruined our whole experience there

Wonderful and traditional Mexican food love it but a little to expensive would recomend the nachos so good

I love the people here especially Shria. The food and sangria is amazing. Love coming here so much and would highly recommend.
