Taco Bell Hoppers Crossing

I absolutely love this joint and I wish there were more of them! If you haven't tried TACO BELL yet? Please do! They r hard to find but the menu and unique food is deliciously hard to come by, I love the beef/bean burrito! Love from "the Key"

Just left, cancelled order as they have no lettuce? 2 signs on drive thru apparently but not told on the app when ordering. Was told when we went to collect, asked for extra meat to accommodate for no lettuce and was told "sure" for extra cost!? Ummm you are 150mtrs from a plaza with 2 supermarkets that have lettuce?
This family went and spent $90 somewhere else. Can't give 0 stars.

Went for lunch today around 1: 30pm, drive through. Got to the window and the order was incorrect, we corrected the order which was for the burrito with the server. We were asked to move into a bay to wait. Food came out 5minutes later, the original order was not corrected and we received the incorrect burrito. In addition to this, the other burrito as cold, at best slightly warm chicken, and we received no napkins. Chips were hot and crunchy, but that was the only OK part of the experience.

The food used to be good and comparing with my experience a year back at the same shop (maybe when it was opened), I feel the quality and quantity has reduced. Atmosphere or cleanliness also needs some improvement.

Horrible food and service. Burrito wrap only came with lettuce and cheese. No meat at all. Chips cold. And there was only one other car in drive thru so no excuse. Don’t go here. Place should be shut down. This isn’t the first time it’s happened.

Came here w family - food is hit or miss, always tastes good but presentation can be sloppy (its fast food tho so as long as it tastes good and is prepared correctly we allg) - the guy in drive thru spoke long sentences too fast that his words jumbled up and it made us giggle

It was 8 pm Saturday, and chairs were up on the tables, which gave the impression it was closed. It was not. Only two people were serving. One of them clearly had better things to do as her comment when we ordered was less than pleasant.
Food was ok and good value, but the sitting areas were dirty, tables had not been cleaned, nor did they cone out to clean them.

Further review - After another visit to Taco Bell this evening my son was served a buritto with part of a rubber glove toasted into the tortia. After alerting the staff to this we waited 15 minutes before approaching the staff again to ask where our buritto was only to find they hadn't even began making it. Then given the wrong buritto.
Unfortunately this will be the last time we visit this chain.

"Whomever owns this store really needs to take a more active roll in its operation. The food is reasonable however the store itself seems to always be in a filthy state. Attended last week and cleaned our own table ahead of eating. Staff seem to lack management/leadership and don't seem to concerned about working. Also regularly have their friends in visiting and making a nuisance of themselves. Disapointing for such a new store"

The service was horrible. Some of my group had to wait 25 minutes for their food. The music was blaring so loud, we couldn't hear our conversations.

After passing by the restaurant many times since it's construction, I finally ventured in. The staff were welcoming, helpful and promptly fulfilled my order. However, the 'proteins' that I ordered for each of my tacos (seasoned beef and pulled pork) was almost undetectable. I estimate the serving in each taco was about the size of a tablespoon. Very disappointing. I'll stick to making Mexican cuisine at home.

I had a decent experience the first time but the next 2 times were very very disappointing to say the least, getting cold food thats messy, unmelted cheese in the quesadilla, young workers that were more interested in having a laugh and throwing food around than serving edible food

TACO ON TOP! Tony and the team are the best. Crunchwraps are amazing and S tier chips. Definitely the best Sunday spot for dinner.

Meh. Really boring menu. It's just 3 fillings with different wrappings. Overpriced for the quality and quantity.

Like the options available on the menu and surprisingly the items weren't expensive. I think I got my whole meal in under $15. Maybe Taco Bell needs to open more locations as I haven't seen many of them around, in Melbourne at least.

Food was good, but the place was filthy.
It’s clear that there was not enough staff on to serve the customers, food and keep the area clean. Didn’t feel comfortable eating in.

The bathrooms were horrible and the eating area needed a lot of attention, would urge owners/management to make sure they have a senior person on who keeps an eye on cleanliness.

Most of the time, amazing service and amazing food. Fun sitting arrangements too. And taste of taco bell is obviously Great. Also vegetarian friendly options for everything, that's the most attractive thing for me.

Messed up my order not once but twice. Had me waiting for half and hour while i watched 3 other disappointed people. When followed up i was told "we dont have your order on system, what was the order? "

After what I saw in this store if I could give 0 I would. I was shocked when I went in and ordered food, buritos, while waiting for the food I watched as a small group of young men came into the store who one of the employees recognised and immediately came from behind the counter to shake hands with two of them wearing his food gloves and then after greeting them returned to behind the counter to continue to handle food with the same food gloves. You need to teach staff the meaning of the food gloves and what is appropriate and not appropriate and this was definately not appropriate. I ordered four buritos and not one of them had an idication on them as to what they were, pork, mince, chicken. I had to unwrap every one of them to find out what they were and this is also not acceptable. You can mark on the paper packaging what each burito is so that it can be identified. I do not want to unwrap my food to find out what it is. This is just bad management. Where is the meat another complaint about this store. Wow, very little meat and for what you pay you should get value for money and this is not value for money. Staff need to be educated in many things and learn how to take pride in their work. Owner should start paying attention to what is going on in this store. Poor service, poor food, poor everything. Going elsewhere in future.

Amazing and generous staff, fast with the food, super friendly and accommodating, positive vibes!

This is the best Mexican food I've ever eaten and a good price I can't wait to go back
