Third time, I have missing things in my order.
Third time they forgot to put the chips, and the sauce I paid for. I Won’t be back. Terrible.

Second time we’ve been here.always been met with friendly staff & delicious food prepared so quick! Never a long wait.we love visiting whenever we come over to victoria.hope south australia can eventually get one!

AYO shots out to Pam and the staff who worked 30/11/23 my order was incorrect and she assisted me with a remake of my order. I truly believe a manager who knows how to multi task and work under so much pressure deserves a raise. Not to mention the restaurant was nice and tidy and well organised

That's a small sauce (they only half filled that) that's how small my tacos where. I paid $30 for two of them a drink a large chips where I got less than 10 chips and a very average wrap. First time trying taco bell and will be the last. Can't believe how much of a rip off I just experienced.

Love Taco Bell, but unfortunately this location is run poorly and the staff (at least on the date of my visit) seemed to not care or lack competence and training. My food was served cold, and wasn't prepared like it was shown in the images. For example, my STACKED TORTILLA CHIPS was served cold. This is basic level food services.make sure the food is cooked and not cold. The store was dirty and the staff were not at all friendly. It was a 'here's your food, bye" kind of experience. This always comes down to poor management and training. I won't be back.

The BEST Taco Bell is in Chirnside Park. Their staff and formula are great. All meals I've had there are served fresh, hot, generous servings, friendly service and a clean restaurant. Taco Bell Roxburgh Park you have a way to go to get your food and service right.

Two family members had food poisoning after eating here. Food not warm. The worst mexican food experience ever. Dirty tables. Never going to this place again.

What a scam, i order normal small tacos on Drive thru, the price show 2$ something, and they charge me for 3.75$.

If You're after Mexican food don't come here. Compared to traditional Mexican food its not good. However if you are after a quick and easy bite then I suggest coming here.

In my opinion the chips and the Quesadilla are the best menu items

Had a decently medium-sized order. And they forgot half of it.literally. And were beyond rude. Do not recommend this place at all

Store was a little dirty, but did observe the team working away quite busily behind the scenes, and they started to clean things up towards my meal end.

Very good customer service. Polite and friendly. Meal ready before I even filled my drink.
The stuffed chicken buritto and chips served hot, fresh with great taco bell taste.

I thought it was really good. The staff are nice and bring the food out to you. I tried the new chipotle burrito and it was amazing. I would recommend having the tortilla chips over the normal chips. Something different. The chocodilla is nice but just pure chocolate. Not a bad thing but if you don’t like sweet things this ain’t for you.

Drove through for a quick order. I didn't order much because first time trying Mexican food. Surprised that I had to wait 30min even though there weren't many people. I received the wrong order. After I finally got the right order, the food was quite cold. Not warm. At this point I gave up going back.already spent an hour here.

Food tasted alright.but first impression of the service was very disappointing. The staff needs to be trained right to provide better service.

I have no idea why Taco Bell is bagged out as much as it is. This is great TexMex fast food. The prices are actually super reasonable (cheaper than Guzman & Gomez) and food great. They need to give the place a bit of a spring clean, but other than that. Brilliant.

Had a delivery order from here recently and was thoroughly disappointed.
The $6 beef burritos are mostly just rice and a tiny bit of meat, one of them even had a little bit of bone in it too.
Chips were kind of hard but the flavouring was ok.
Chicken quesadillas were a tiny and flimsy, tasted nice how ever.

Food is something most people could slap together at home with not much effort so I probably wont give this place a try again anytime soon.

One point in their defense - it was a late night order, if that had anything to do with it.

Low waiting times, food is fresh and tasty, and friendly staff.

I ordered chicken but got beef I ask few time they said it was chicken. But it was a complete different order.

Check takeaway bags before leaving, got ripped off a Chicken Quesadilla meal. Food was also cold and the beef nachos tasted like something out of a tin.
