Tacco & Tosca / Cusina reviews
60The service since the beginning was fast and professional. As soon as we called him, he gave us a quote and was in the address provided in minutes; once in there, he literally took 2 minutes to do the job. Highly recommended.
Just moved into the area and came across this great restaurant! Fresh pasta, fresh bread everyday even during lockdown! Coffee is pretty good too
Went for dinner with few friends and we had a great time with some delicious food. Pizza, typical pugliese antipasto and nice selection of italian beer and wine. Highly reccomended
We have had the worlds best pizza’s from Naples and the pizzas from Tacco and Tosca outclass them. Great work! Can’t believe this is our local.
First time out after the lockdown and it was a beautiful experience, and most importantly covid safe!
Great food, great ambiance, lovely wines and lovely service! This is a fantastic local find and we should definitely support!
Thank you for your hospitality.
Loving the pop up take away store front at Tacco and Tosca. Rich nutty long blacks, perfect chai lattes with beautiful fresh baked bread and home made pastas. The gluten free pasta is wonderful, gnocchi to die for and lasagna tray a little beauty. The best part though, the people, warm friendly and genuinely caring. Support your local business and grab a gelato while your at it
Superb. We got the Bari Vecchia Pizza and the Papadelle Brisket. Both really good. The Brisket Pappadelle was very generous in portion, with a LOT of brisket. Pasta was almost a garnish here! The pizza had a really fresh and light base.
We sat out in the yard, which is really pleasant, and authentic Italian. Lots of locals in there, with very friendly and hospitable staff (family run).
I'll be back!
This is one of Melbourne’s newest little secrets. I’m a local and this place just keeps getting better and better. Not only is the pasta and pizza so authentically Italian, the actual setting being an alfresco dining experience almost makes you feel you could be on the Amalfi or even in the centre of Rome. Date nights, family and friend gatherings, or just a simple pasta after work, the staff, the beautiful family that own and operate it, and of course the food itself, is a culmination of taste and perfection.
Very disappointing: (.
We were so excited to check out this restaurant after moving into the area and hearing such amazing things. Things started off amazing: when we first arrived, the staff were super nice and incredibly warm.
We were sat right beside the road despite it only being only about 1/3 full. The staff frequently forgot about us since we were so far away and hidden behind a post.
I had a special ravioli and, I will admit it was absolutely delicious.
Unfortunately, my partner ordered the bolognese penne and instead he was brougbut some spaghetti that may as well have been from a can. For $30, he got spaghetti noodles with hardly any meat or sauce. He kept trying to wash it down with water. My partner is not one to cause a fuss and probably wouldn't have mentioned how terrible it was if he had been asked, but he wasn't. No one checked on the food until we had finished eating and even then it was a forceful 'all good? ' stated in passing while walking away.
Hands down one of the best Italian Restaurants in Melbourne! Being Italian, it's hard to find food that resembles home made, casa linga style cooking. Without a doubt, these meals make me feel like I'm eating Nonna's best dishes. YOU MUST EAT THE MUSSELS! Worth every cent. Family friendly, great service, fantastic atmosphere. Highly Recommend!
A friendly and very busy pizza / Italian restaurant. A good menu generally, but with an emphasis on pizza.
The wood fired pizza are beautiful.
Drinks menu covers all usual desires.
Words cannot express this place.
You are made to feel at home.and the food is unforgettable.
Thankyou kylj
Absolutely fantastic authentic Italian food (including super tasty, home made gf pizza bases), delightful and friendly staff and a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Family friendly restaurant.
Would (and do) recommend to anyone and everyone.
Very comfortable place, the owner and all staff very nice, the food and wine very nice, good selection of desserts just a little bit expensive but if I compare with some restaurants in the area this is the best for quality.
Recommend!
Despite being very busy you always get good service and quality food.
A jewel in Middle Park.
Brilliant atmosphere and great Italian cuisine and customer service. A desert at the end of the night is a must!
Very nice little place hidden away in middle park. We love to stop here for some great Italian wine and authentic Italian food. Friendly staff with a great atmosphere, this is a hidden gem.
Love it, regular patron and recommended this hands down. Great family atmosphere, byo wine, great food and sharp service. Talk to the staff about specials and wines they bring in from Italy.
The pizza is so good. Chewy stretchy crusts. Nice people. Not cheap but you get what got pay for.
Fantastic place really good pizza and Italian food really friendly staff feels like a real slice of Italy.
