T2 Tea Southland

I am a huge fan of T2 products, I highly recommend them all - But this review is a shout-out to the wonderful lady who works in the Southland store, (short hair, Gen Xer, a star tattoo - apologies I don’t know her name). But on several occasions she has assisted me in store. This lovely lady has infinite patience, and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer gets the best possible experience. I wish more people were as kind and helpful. Five stars for her, she is a great asset!

Southland team you guys were AMAZING this morning. Not knowing anything about T2 iced tea I walked out with everything I needed and so many ideas for how I can personalise my iced tea experience. I’ll be back for sure! Thank you:)

Staff is so helpful and friendly, especially the girl with the cute hair.she even wrote down some tips for me to make the perfect matcha.and they wrapped my gift up so nicely.love this shop <3

Came in to buy something for a gift and walked out with a bag of things, mostly for myself! The staff were so helpful and patient, showing me their favourite things without being pushy. I'll definitely be back.

Very spacious and different from its neighbouring stores aesthetically. Gives a nice vibe. Tea was well organised making it easy to find what you want.

There are a wide variety of tea in this shop along with pots and cups of different sizes and shape

T2 sticks a vast selection of different tea's. If you are after a good cuppa that's different from the run of the mill garden variety then give them a go.

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

My favourite is the Lapsing Souchong. It's not everybodys cup of tea but it's full of flavour and a little bit smokey.

I love T2. Nothing beats the Earl Grey, French Earl Grey and peppermint! Great Australia brand and sustainable company. Bags are made of recyclable stuff. A little costly but a lovely start to the day

Good teas but the teas are every experience and not everyone what's to pay $20 and over just for a tea that will just last you at least one tow week depending on how much you drink tea.

Friendly staff who are happy to let you browse the store and offer assistance as needed, without constantly approaching you.

Great customer service that were very helpful and polite. Minor negative was ticketing was missing in spots and layout I found a bit confusing but the staff were very helpful with price inquiries and wrapping of presents.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Went looking for something similar to cinnamon-clove tea, and the lovely staffmember was so super helpful! Ended up with some loose-leaf organic chai, which is so lovely!

This place is dangerous every time I go in I spend way to much on new yummy tea. The staff are amazing and allways super helpfull.

What a fantastic shop, the staff are so kind and helpful, and have an impressive knowledge about the product. You can tell they have a passion for job and are genuinely nice people.
The shop was very neat and well presented.
