T2 Tea Highpoint

Literally amazing! I came in just by chance and ended up finding both the tea i wanted & a shaker / bottle with it.lauren was so so amazing and knowledgeable, i’ll definitely be back in future.thank you so much!

Love T2! Staff at this store were very helpful and were able to find a teapot behind the counter that I'd seen online.

Went in with my stepdaughter, after she selected her tea, took a very short time to add her to the system for student discount, get it paid and the lovely lady behind the counter told her all the information she needed for further purchases

Prices are far too high for what the quality is, staff spend their time talking to each other not doing anything else.

So many teas to choose from I was truly in tea heaven. I came in to browse but of course ended up buying a few boxes. Super friendly atmosphere with attentive and knowledgeable staff.

T2 is one of my all-time favourite stores. I can get lost in the awesomeness of it all. From one corner to the next, it is just amazing.
The products is next level and the service is above great. I highly recommend it.

All the tea that you can imagine, with all the tea accessories you will ever need. If you love tea T2 will quickly become your favourite place in the world.

T2 at Highpoint was fantastic. All the team members there are very polite & came over to us to greet & asked if we needed help. Very impressed by the customer service Keep up the good work Team!

The most creative tea shop I've ever seen the designs of their packaging is OUT of this world! Best designs by far. If I ever want to buy someone a gift, I never go wrong with T2.

Good experience during my visit, not too busy. Was offered help as soon as I entered and given good advice by the staff regarding gift ideas. Only loses a star because T2 is pretty expensive in general.

I'm stating to realise this place is way overpriced. Probably end up paying for fancy packaging that ends up in the bin anyway.
Same quality teas found in local stores, for 1/3 of the price.

We weren't able to find Linden tea anywhere and we found it here. Great selection0a bit pricey, but ok.

T2 Highpoint has the best staff ever! They're so helpful and their knowledge on the products is magnificent. I received an order from them in the mail, which was a tea set for one. The tea set came very well packed however, I was giving it as a present and wanted to have it wrapped. I made a call to the T2 Highpoint staff and was told to come in and they'll handle the rest. T2 at Highpoint has always given me the best experience as a tea enthusiast and I've always walked out of there with a smile. P.s. Thank you for the beautiful wrapping Elle!

We had such a great experience here the other day. The store was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. Jess was incredible— helpful and knowledgeable (despite the fact that I had visited just as they were opening). Highly recommend the store, and if you're needing some help, keep your eye out for Jess!

I went to highpoint T2 store on 9/5/20 and a staff member named Bell had terrible customer service skills. I arrived at aprox 3pm and was told only click and collect was available which was fine by me. I asked her if I could go online and do click and collect since I had 3 hours before the store closed. She advised me NOT to do that as she had 15 other orders she needed to pack. I went ahead and did it anyway and my order was ready within 2 hours. I was happy to wait until the following day to pick it up. Today I went in to collect my goods and a lovely lady told me she had given me misinformation. Bell if this is your management skills then I don't have much more to say to you. You almost lost T2 a Sale & loyal customer by saying NO to place order online.

Highpoint shop - such friendly and awesome staff. Just bought a take away drink but was treated like an old friend.
