7Great place to get ethical tea, the prices are a bit high but the teas are really nice
A good place to shop for tea and teawares. The staff are friendly and helpful
Absoloutely disgusting. Expect maggots to get into your T2 tins and destroy your tea. And then when you speak to customer service they do nothing about it - calling the maggots "critters" like it's normal and ok. Absoloutely feral treatment of customers.
Don't buy their tins, unless you like maggots in your tea. Don't contact customer service, unless you like being disrespected and your time wasted.
Premium price for product but then this.disgusting.
The guy with the blonde hair is horrible at customer service. Raising his voice in annoyance at a simple question, poor form
Very expensive. But the products are high quality and the staff members are helpful
Just exactly out from the store, was about to buy some for Christmas gift but choose to walk out without buying anything and heading to Melb Central one. The staffs were really helpful for standing there at the counter 3 of them talking non-stop. At least approach your customer see if they need help then you can continue your talks! Merry Christmas!
Wouldn't gift wrap my gift pack that I bought for some reason and when asked if I could come back tomorrow and have it gift wrapped she told me it would be 4 hour wait and made a snarky comment 'it's Christmas don't you know' nah babe I didn't know.
