T2 Tea

It's a great shop but it's really sad how they don't do the free taste tests since covid.

Tonight I visited the Glen Waverly store. The worst experience I have ever had! I came in excited, rushed, and wanted a quick outcome for a gift.
If I could give a 0 I would.
The young lady was rude, didn’t care and wouldn’t even be bothered to serve me. She was too busy playing on her phone. I didn’t even realise she worked there, as she was on her phone and wearing a beanie. I stood at the counter waiting. Eventually she walked around the counter when I was waiting, so I asked if she worked there. Because I hadn’t been served and she was on her phone. J genuinely had no idea!
I asked a question about the gift set, she didn’t even want to answer. She said something snarky, so I said “okay I’ll take it” (because I was desperate to buy a birthday gift for my aunt). Her response was “grab it yourself”… which is fine I grabbed it and took it to the counter. I asked if she could wrap it, and she pulled a face saying “ummm k it’ll be 20 minutes”… it was only her and I in the shop. There was a young women in the back room busy working. I said “for what? ” in my head I thought… are you joking, there’s no one here and you didn’t want to serve me.
I said “You know what. Just leave it” and she rolled her eyes at me. At this moment I felt like saying something to this young girl (asian) if you aren’t wanting to work or help anyone, then you shouldn’t be front facing selling product in a customer service role. Such a terrible experience and she didn’t represent the store well at all.
I LOVE T2, but this would put me off going back to this specific store.
Please feel free to look at the security footage, she needs training. It’s not acceptable.

I was a first time visitor to the store for a gift. One of the key success stories for successful stores is to be interactive with customers. A warm smile helps. Keys elements which were missing in the store. I had to call out for some help, staff were less interactive perhaps busy interacting among themselves. Its is a festive season and we all should be happy about it. I sincerely hope that with such a good product range and quality products staff are provided feedback to learn and be helpful.

The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful! I have been wanting to get into tea drinking for some time but didn't know where to start, the staff members were very knowledgeable and took their time to help me. The products are also great quality!

Went to pick up a single flavor for my partner, the lovely lady walked me through a few things ended up grabbing a nice kit to maintain our tea drinking experience. My partner loved it and the staff were great in offering assistance.

I went to the store on New Years eve & the staff that served me were amazing & so lovely & friendly. Thank you so much for your help & the positive experience at your store. I will definitely be coming back to this store. Thank you.

Staff got highly offended when I asked them to open and check my click and collect order to make sure it was all in order. They made me feel like I was being rude and I felt really uncomfortable. Think I’ll go to Chaddy store next time.

Is it me or T2 teas never taste like store demo. Followed instructions for both loose leaves and tea bag. Taste bland.

A pleasure to go into a store and be greeted and helped by such friendley staff. Would not hesitate to shop there again and recommend it.

Went to T2 at the Glen, the staff - Jane and Preeta (not sure about the spelling) are amazing and absolutely welcoming. They gave great advice and suggestions about tea. Left the store with a huge smile. Thank you ladies! Highly recommended!
