I had such a lovely and memorable experience at T2 chaddy the other day. Cassie who served me was absolutely delightful! So lovely and pure. She was super on the ball with helping me pick a beautiful gift (which the bday girl loved by the way) and I couldn't be more happier. Thank you Cassie!

Bought some tea gift packs on weekend, the pretty in peach was labeled half price of 65, but when i check the receipt today, the price was just discounted 10% off along with others.

Don't enjoy this location as much as other T2 locations. When shopping here with someone, we were bombarded 3 different times all by different employees. I understand it's polite and they want to help, but we were asked 3 times in about 2 minutes. Very overwhelming, felt too pressured to buy anything and left quickly.

Visited around 3.45pm today and received great service from the team at T2 Chadstone! Thank you so much!

I often visit the T2 store, either online or at Chaddy and find that they have the flavours that I love. As a Chai lover, I love both their looseleaf Chai and there, honey Chai. The honey try can be a bit sweet so go easy on the amount you add when you’re boiling it with soy milk.

The atmosphere is amazing and prices were on special and the tea pot accessory range is very big

Was in store yesterday looking around for 10min or more and not one retail member acknowledged us in any way. I shop a lot in your stores, at least Eastland and Fountain Gate staff are always happy to assist.

Good variety of teas available in black, green and flavor versions.
A little bit on the expensive side. Went to buy the Japanese green tea Gyokuro which I got at $51.00 for a 100 gms.

I cant thank the two girls working today enough, they recommended a great tea (im in love with this tea!) they are so nice and friendly, i hope they have a great day <3 thank you so much:)

You might have lovely stores and sell a great variety of good quality teas but to charge $1 for a paper bag is absolutely ridiculous when most other stores charge between 0.10 and 0.20 for bags and yes paper ones as well. I could somewhat justify $1 for a fabric bag but not a paper bag just because it has your logo on it like most other stores do. You need to get back in touch with reality on the pricing of bags

The staff is very rude. I bought 2 tea boxes as gift and asked for 2 bags to put them separately. The staff seemed to be very annoyed and sighed. After payment, she even didn’t say thank you, just looked away. I walked away but got really feel bad. So I returned the stuff immediately. I don’t wanna buy stuff from rude person.

Once a fortnight we buy an extoic tea to enjoy, and it's so much fun to look around the colours and aromas.

I'm not a tea drinker went there for my son but what a great store all most wish I did drink tea

Your store used to be great with an array of tea on display that customers could enjoy seeing, smelling and tasting. I miss this sensory experience. Your Melbourne breakfast tea is quite impressive! Intresting to note, supermarket price of your tea is lower than your store price.

Although it's just another T2 store both the guys that served us were really friendly and helpful

I come into the store today, I have to say, I was so glad to see they were not allowing there store to become crowded and taking the Covid19 restrictions seriously. Ive been into other stores and its just people everywhere. I waited in que and after I got into the store I was greeted by a young lady with red hair, Im pretty sure her name was Lauren. She was amazing and I bought way more than I intended too, she sugested a few teas which were perfect to what I wanted. Hope she sees this and knows how appreciate it!

Waited 40 minutes- 1hr outside for click and collect. Lady was rude and unwelcoming. Disappointing.

Tea 2 chadstone is pretty much the same as every other tea 2 if you have ever being to a tea 2. Staff are friendly and the store is a good location.

The staff were amazing and super helpful. They knew exactly what I needed and spent plenty of time walking me through the different products and tea types. Plus I got a free sample tea!
