Ordered two drinks and the shaved ice cream oh my was that beautiful very impressed - very sugary drinks tho would recommend less sugar not just regular.

My Uber driver was given the wrong order and They didn't answer when i called them to ask about it

Cool little gig. Really friendly staff. I ordered bubble tea and it was good - except for the fact that lychee jelly made it super sweet. Guess, you guys should drain the sugar syrup before adding the jelly. Other then that, cool gig.

Amazing Bingsu — generous serving, generous topping, and very yummy! Worth every penny. Lovely/ polite staff and upbeat environment.

The Lychee Rose Tea tastes like Rooh Afza! It tastes very herbal, like cinnamon mouthwash! I was really hoping it'd be something unique but it's not. It wasn't made properly either. It wasn't shaken properly.

The staff are really nice and patient.always smile! Saw them sanitizing the table and the door.also wash hands frequently.

I tried this place for the first time today and absolutely loved it! The interior design is neat, cute, warm and calming. There is enough place to have your tea inside. The staff also was smiling and friendly. I usually avoid high-sugar drinks (which most milk teas are) but here it was perfect. I got mango milk tea with mango popping pearls. Highly recommend to try! Definitely will visit again soon.

The ratings don't lie, wow yes absolutely happiness in a cup. By far the best bubble tea I've ever had, much better than the chain stores! But if you want a good bingsu you should definitely try it out, it's the best bingsu I've ever had too!

The customer service is good. The choices for drink are easy to understand with all drinks under 10 dollars.

Best bubble tea in Werribee! They always make my take away orders before pick up time even if it’s a small time frame, orders are always correct and the staff are efficient and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more!

Went in today for the first time. Firstly the interior decor and branding is on point, very aesthetically pleasing. Secondly, the milk tea's were sooo good - this will be my new 'go to' place. And thirdly the customer service was prompt, polite and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

Came with the kids (tweens/teens) on Friday arvo and they loved it! Have been trying to find a good bubble tea place in the west and had some really disappointing experiences so was really to happy to come across this place. Excellent customer service, well priced drinks and cool interior. Will definitely be back!

First time I tried t-time was at the food truck stall, happy to see them move on to their own store! Cool vibe in store and friendly staff. Drink size and pricing is worth it, keep it up!

Stars are for the environment and staff. Clean and a nice atmosphere to be in. Staff are friendly. Though the taro milk tea with no sugar taste like it has 3scoops of sugar. I have had this 4 times and it's just way to sweet for my husband and I. So I go to Bubble Cup further out at the mall just to get taro milk tea with no sugar, where I can enjoy my bubble tea and my husband adds 2 sugars in to enjoy his from BC too.

If you love something to chill out, T-Time is the best option. The owner and staff give their best customer service everytime. My favourite flavour is!

Best bubble tea shop in Victoria! What an amazing shop with great set up, perfect for casual catch ups. Tried their signature bubble tea and their honeydew blend which is absolutely delicious!
