It was rubbish. Very Judgemental people and prices were through the roof. You can get a screen protector online for less than 10 dollars Australian so why pay upwards of 45 dollars in shop?
Good customer service, a tad pricy, but after a few hours after the fix, my phone feels laggy and sometimes wont turn on when i press the home button, but my laptop is all good
Dogdy repair and then refused to fix. Also didnt give original product but charged full price. Gave generic product and couldnt even stick on screen properly.
The owner lied when confronted about his workmanship saying that we were in a hurry and that is the reason for his dodgy work, even though we said he can keep the phone overnight to get repairs done.
Then he used a cheap generic product which broke easily in only a few hours, when the original product never broke externally after more than a year of use. He lied saying that the reason for the odd appearance of the product he sold us was because it is a 2016 version model and not 2017, but after talking to samsung we realised he lied about this also.
We couldnt believe and were shocked by his lies, after paying $250 for services and how badly he treated us when we complained about the EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY of his work, i mean how hard is it to stick on a cover properly without gaps. Now it can easily allow water to pass and he is in denial because of his ego.
Defiantly recommend these guys! Turned up to there store and they were closed and Abdul still fixed my phone! Friendly and Talkative Abdul. Thank you Abdul and the Team! Will be coming back!
I would like to thank the staff who served me Abdul and Meher who were very helpful and supportive. They fixed my phone the next day and most importantly saved all my data. I would highly recommend them to everyone because they are very good at their job and very helpful and kind.
