Been here for 5 years and only now am I giving it a review…Lovely staff and great treatment by Vahe. He’s the best chiro around.

Get better reception stuff who have phone ethetic.

I had booked in an appointment for Saturday 4th to see Vahe who I've seen before many years ago. The receptionist who booked me in initially was lovely, explained the price @ NUNAWADING for the initial session and subsequent.

I however never received a confirmation TXT or email after asking for one so I could add it to my calendar. Today I called up in the morning as i wanted to make another booking before Saturday (for a sore neck), booked in for 4: 45pm (same day i called). However was stuck at work so called ahead to cancel.

Helen, the receptionist who answered was very passive aggressive towards me for notifying I was not able to make it well before the appointment time.

Then I got another call at 5: 23pm, Helen again and who called me to now advise the price given to me from the from the initial receptionist was wrong and instead of it being $95 it was now $130 plus and that for today's appointment and I quote (well you will have a cancelation fee added on top but that's another story). I mean firstly Helen who are you to talk to me like that?
I am so annoyed as I wanted to see Vahe, and would have paid the cancelation fee on Saturday. IF I WAS ADVISED OF ONE OR SENT AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM FOR MY APPPOITNMENT FROM YOU.

Due to this terrible experience, your foil attitude. I will not be seeing Vahe nor visiting this clinic. Which is so frustrating because when you find a chiro you like you stick to them. But frankly Helen's phone manner was not acceptable.

Vahe's service was great, he provided me with necessary exercises to help maintain my posture. Highly recommend him and his team.

I have been a client of Synergy Sports and Wellness for a number of years now and can highly recommend them. Vahe is always spot on with my back and neck adjustments and clearly knows exactly what needs to be done.
The staff are very friendly and easy going too.

I booked an appointment a week ago on 30/11/2021 at 11: 45am. As it was through work cover so I asked what documents they need or any out of pocket or upfront fee and they said only need referral and work cover approval letter. All emailed to them. An hour before the appointment they left a voice message and on the way to my appointment when I called Halen (receptionist) said I need to pay from my pocket. ****. My question is why you asked for work cover documents? Why you did not call me before as appointment was booked a week before?

You do not deserve for even a single *. Time wasters, spoiled my day!
Not sure how they got 5* reviews, must have purchased. Not going back again!

I have only glowing praise and grateful thanks to the professional, competent staff at Synergy Sports and Wellness where I've been a contented and regular attendee since their first days in Nunawading. Although I now reside elsewhere I'm happy to make the half hour trip back to see Natasha, my podiatrist. She is a particular, caring, supremely competent specialist in her field. Nothing is too much trouble and she goes out of her way to ensure patient care in their practice is of highest quality. Her husband is an equally caring, Proficient chiropractor whose assistance I have valued. I have also experienced Myotherapy treatment at Synergy. This to met all my expectations. I’ve recommended Vahe and Natasha to my family and friends with great confidence. I’m glad I have the privilege of attending such a splendid clinic.

Highly recommend Myotherapist, Cheryl Clarke. Initially I went to see her when I had Carpel Tunnel Syndrome issues in my right hand. The holistic and professional approach leaves me nothing to say other than how brilliant she is. I can only boast about the results and I am a strong believer in the benefits of Myotherapy. Now, I see her for neck, shoulder and lower back issue treatments, I sleep well at night, my neck and back are more flexible. Cheryl also provided valuable advice on appropriate stretching techniques, all of which has contributed to the improvement.

I recently moved to Nunwading from NSW and found this centre less than 3 minutes from home. My chiro Alistair is fantasic, Linda the receptionist is great. I have been feeling great since putting my body in their hands, I can recommend them strongly.

Thoroughly recommend both the chiropractor and podiatrist at this clinic. Vahe has kept bad neck and back under control for many years. Since moving to country Vic over 5 years ago, travelling 260kim round trip is well worth the trip.

I've been coming here for a year now and really recommend this clinic! Coming in feeling way out of wack and coming out feeling great!

I have being seeing Natasha for years now and she is most wonderful, caring and professional podiatrist. I could not recommend her more highly.
