Spiritual counseling with Julia Symington helped me see myself from a fresh perspective, enabling me to take responsibility for my long term ineffective communication style.
I now speak up and always feel better for it. No longer do I suffer in silence bringing pain and suffering to myself and those around me. In its place is clarity, understanding and an opportunity for connection.
I found Julia to be sensitive, caring and to the point.

A review for the Hahnemann and Concomitant healing component of this place of Caring and Compassion.
Healing is a gift.
Julia has enhanced her gift by educating herself through reputable healing academies.
I have been healed of my pain through both these modalities.
Being healed brings an amazing freedom.
You should try it some time.

Julia’s yoga is great for the body and soul. I find it strengthens me and gives me a great workout. Her attention to helping me with past injuries makes me feel safe and I always walk away feeling uplifted.
Julias healing is amazing and has helped me through so many issues. I am grateful to found her. Highly recommended.

The access via Zoom to Yoga classes has been absolutely vital to me, as we no longer live in the Mornington Peninsula. I am so grateful for Julia's wisdom, depth and breadth of Yoga knowledge, experience and integrity in its practice.

In a challenging and uncertain 2020 year, and continuing into 2021.these classes pulled me into a centre of good energy. I did feel the difference in body and mind to reconnect with Yoga under Julia's guidance. I highly recommend Julia's classes at Symphisis Yoga. Her classes bring good balance, reconnection with mind and body, the acceptance of the present, calmness, and general well-being. Thank you Julia.

I have received many Concomitant healings from Julia over several years and I continue to return because what she does really works, and works powerfully! I have often walked in with a very cranky body, tension and not much energy. Julia is very caring, works very intuitively and seems to find all the spots that energy is congested and releases it, freeing my body, mind and energy. Highly recommended.

The online Zoom yoga classes at Symphysis have enabled me to really benefit from yoga. I have found my stiffness and body aches are relieved with regular yoga, and the stretching with Julia's form of yoga really suits me. I found being able to join yoga from home has meant I am able to attend at least 3 sessions a week and each time I can feel how much further I can move. I even enjoy evening sessions, which I have never been able to contemplate previously!

I love yoga at Symphisis Yoga and Healing. Been attending for about a year now and feel joy, have improved my confidence, flexibility and have developed a positive relationship between me and my body and a positive attitude to facing challenges instead of giving up easily.
I’m new to yoga and from the moment I walked in the door I felt safe and welcomed by Julia.
I’m very overweight and not fond of exercise so was quite anxious to begin with.
Julia amazes me with her wisdom about the human body, her ability to support and challenge everyone in the class from those who’ve been doing yoga for years as well as people like me who’ve had very little experience and everyone in between.
I really appreciate Julia’s relaxed, nurturing approach, her spiritual values that incorporate equality, respect, honesty and non judgement, the variety of experiences offered and her delightful sense of humour.
This positive experience gave me motivation to further improve the meaningfulness of my life.
I have taken up the opportunity to have Hahnemann Healing and Concomitant healing sessions with Julia.
I am in awe at how my body feels, free of pain in my hip that had been troubling me for a long time.
The combination of Yoga, Hahnemann and Concomitant healing has changed my life dramatically.
Joy, positive connections to others, love towards myself have become more apart of my daily life and destructive behaviours like judgement have started to lessen

The online Zoom yoga classes at Symphysis have enabled me to reconnect with yoga this year. I can enjoy the amazing benefits of Julia’s nurturing classes from the comfort of my home, and from interstate. I always feel lighter, calmer and my body feels completely relaxed after every class. On arriving at the studio/sanctuary the relaxation vibe immediately grabs you. The classes are for all levels (beginner to advanced) and Julia, yoga teacher and healer, will ask you how you are feeling before you begin.

Your stresses from the busy world seem to disappear as you embark on your beautiful stretch session, and allow the nurturing that this unique studio offers.

I have been practising yoga here for several years, and I love the non -competitive fostered here.

By the end of each sublime relaxation session, you will find it near impossible to peel yourself up from your mat and and you will walk back to your car a more relaxed version of the person that entered at the start of the session!

You are encouraged to go at your own pace, and Julia is currently conducting classes on Zoom which I am enjoying immensely and have provided a much needed connection to others during this challenging time in lockdown.

I recently completed yoga teacher training with Julia at Symphisis Yoga & Healing, and loved my experience. I have done several yoga trainings, and was impressed with Julia’s ability to really be able to understand and respect where each participant was at in their practice, and to impart her knowledge joyfully in accordance with that. I feel that this training encapsulates the spirit of yoga. It is for anyone who has an interest in yoga, and wants to understand their body more and how to support themselves to be physically, emotionally and spiritually healthier.

Attended a Stress relief session last Wednesday evening. It was amazing in relieving my lower back pains due to sitting down and working in an office all day. A nice simple class (I've never really done yoga before) that enabled me to focus on just relaxing the body. Thank you so much!
