I came to Symmetry 25 weeks through my first pregnancy to seek advice from the pelvic health specialist Melissa for severe pelvic pain as well as antenatal, labor/birth care and post partum program. I am so grateful for the support and advice which help me deliver a healthy baby with zero interventions or complications. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to helping women work through all the changes your body goes through during pregnancy. She also taught me how to heal myself back together again. I cannot recommend her enough.

I see Kyle at Symmetry and he’s been major part of my recovery from a herniated disc at my LS/S1 joint. He’s quite literally made me walk without severe nerve and back pain through mix of massages and home exercises. Couldn’t recommend him or symmetry more.

Oliver was amazing! He was so supportive and helped my 11yo daughter get back to her sports after she fractured her foot. He went above and beyond to make her comfortable and kept her focussed when she got distracted. His calm and kind nature was well received. Professionally, Oliver was able to organise a program that suited Scarlett and was able to quickly modify if needed. The whole team was kind, helpful and professional. We also got the chance to meet Megan which also made Scarlett’s day and we wish you and the team great success in 2023!

After 8 weeks of constant back muscle tightness and pain, one visit to Symmetry Physiotherapy at Taylors lakes relieved me of all symptoms. A huge thanks to Harrison for all his help! Harrison was patient and really listened to everything I had to say. He did a great job explaining exactly what was going on and the best way to treat it. By the end of our appointment I was excited to see if I would finally get some improvement on a issue that’s been plaguing me for years.

It’s been a few weeks since I started my exercise program but I’ve already noticed less daily pain. I’ve seen other professionals on and off over the years but Harrison is the only one who has helped me see a noticeable difference. I am seeing Phoebe for treatment for a lower back injury.
I was told by a specialist that I will most likely need surgery, but give physio a try in the mean time.
I have noticed an incredible improvement in the pain and am even able to get through most of the day without pain killers.
