I have been coming to Symmetry Physiotherapy for many years - initially Taylors Lakes, now Ascot Vale - due to ongoing back and hip issues. I have always found Steve to be friendly but very professional and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. The at home follow-up exercises are well explained and easy to follow and are provided with a good explanation as to how they help strengthen the affected areas. The reception staff Kelly & Sophie are always warm, friendly and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending Symmetry Physio.

Highly recommend this place. Recovering from a knee operation and within the first week of being a client I have had incredible results under their rehabilitation program in comparison to other clinics. Nathan is a great physiotherapist who genuinely cares and wants what is best for you.

very odd behavior from reception, its just a hassle you'd rather not want to deal with.had high expectations for a clinic that would coordinate my broken bone rehab but this clinic seems to struggle with logistics in sending emails and communication with clients.someone has abruptly booked an appointment without my confirmation less than 24 hours ago then just called me to tell me i missed my appointment.its taken them over a week to tell me, a piece of paper they have told me they will send to me the next day by email is simply sitting at reception.so now reception is telling me i must come in to pick it up even though i have a broken leg.they refuse to send me a referral by email.

Sofi is also comfortable not telling me the truth blaming TAC for taking so long to approve my referral but I know for certain that I and not the clinic/physio sends it off to TAC for approval.

Stephen is a gifted physiotherapist.

I've visited 12 different physios over the past 5 years for various sports injuries and Stephen is the single most talented practitioner I've seen.

I've worked with many physios in my work as a doctor, and Stephen has a rare combination of skills that make him an outstanding physio.

I've had dramatic improvement since seeing him, after my recovery had stalled at a different practice.

He's more experienced than most, he's outstanding at manual treatment (best I've encountered - unlike some of the younger generation of physios who are moving away from hands-on therapy), and he's theoretically excellent with his diagnostic skills and developing a strengthening program.

Importantly, Stephen has a warm, friendly and encouraging bedside manner which is enormously reassuring if you're struggling with pain.

I have no hesitation recommending Stephen for any injury or musculoskeletal pain condition - mild or severe.

I'd also recommend this practice in general - the admin staff are accommodating and friendly, and when Stephen was away I saw another physio who was excellent.

I have been using Symmetry Physio for years and could not be happier with the professionalism, treatment and care I recieve. Steve is amazing, he always takes the time to listen to my concerns and caters the treatments to meet my needs. Highly recommend.

Great place. I had a knee reconstruction and Michael Coppo at Ascot Vale was recommended to me by my surgeon for my Physio / rehab. I adamantly relay and back up this recommendation. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Super communicative about the healing process, my worries regarding my knee were always received and responded to with a proactive approach to results and resolution. Highly recommend.

I can not thank Jess enough for the help she has given me over the past months. Thanks to her dedication and understanding she has helped me get back to being able to do simple things like daily walks. She talked me through what was happening with my knee and put together a physio plan that I could do at home that was not overwhelming. She is amazing at what she does and would strongly recommend to anyone!

Jess has been fantastic as my physio. I had broken my ankle in 2019 and needed some physio assistance to help with walking, running and jumping as well as help to return to ballet.

Jess is very professional and is always thinking of new ways to challenge me to be my better self.

Michael was fantastic, I ruptured my Achilles tendon around 11 months ago. Michael helped me through my rehab stage step by step.
He builded a great rehab program for me which helped me return to the training field months ahead of schedule. Michael has a lot of knowledge and is very good at what he does.

Highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a great physio!

I have been treated by Michael for many years now. I have long term physical limitations/conditions. Working with Michael after every surgery I have been able to gain my strength back and improve my mobility.
