My physio Aaron Wong did an amazing job helping me walk again after I fell off a ladder. Very knowledgeable and skilled. Highly recommended!

I've been seeing Brady for just under a year. He's been fantastic in helping me recover from minor injuries alongside on-going preventative work. Brady also has a unique expertise in supporting dancers and aerialists, so understands the specialist fitness activities we do and the specific impacts they can have on our bodies. I cannot recommend him and the team at Altona North Symmetry highly enough:)

Brady is amazing, he knows his stuff and knows when to push me to help me return to how my back used to be.
He listens to me, gives me advice on after care all while keeping the sessions light and easy on general chit chat.
Emma is amazing on listening to me and again pushing me enough to improve my back.
I would be lost without these 2 Allied Health professionals.

Obviously gone in pain with concerns that have been chronic for years. I’m super impressed with Brayden. Taking time to understand my issues and go through some recommendations as well as exercises and treatment. I feel not only great physically but really cared for. Precious physios have not been so thorough or helpful in my experience so it’s just really nice to feel like I’ve finally found someone who is good at their job and is friendly enough to feel comfortable to return. I had see CARLEIGH EARL physiotherapist twice for my lower back pain but unfortunately i am very disappointed with the service. In 30min appointment she only did treatment for 5min rest was only advices and questioning about my condition and all. I only came here because i saw rating. However, i am not satisfied with the service.

After a recommendation from a friend, I quickly became a regular at Symmetry Physiotherapy in Altona North due to my chosen sport, which was causing me frequent forearm and back pain. I have had amazing results following my Myotherapy treatments with Brady and would highly recommend him to anyone struggling with pain - it’s so unnecessary! I have been able to continue training (almost entirely pain free) which was something I was not sure I’d be able to do.
Brady is professional, friendly and has a great sense of humour. Do yourself a favour!
