We ordered from the team for us to collect. However, in the meantime we were close contacts to a Covid-19 case. After contacting Symmetry about the change of plan, one of the team kindly dropped off our order at no extra charge. Beautiful coffee, beautiful gesture. Five stars, Symmetry Coffee Roasters!

The team at Symmetry are just legit! Andrew's care for the farms, the people and the coffee is just wonderful. Po & Matty do an amazing job of roasting each lot of beans to release their own unique flavours.
And their customer service is second to none!

Symmetry is amazing. The coffee is consistently great and there's always new seasonal single origin roasts and blends to try. They ship online orders lightning fast too! Can't reccomend them enough!

Constantly good coffee. Been buying the ‘ House blend’ for a few years. Was given a sample of the ‘Ethiopia’ blend. It’s also delicious, on the sweet side when compared to the house blend (which I was told has about 30% of the Ethiopia blend.) I enjoyed my visit to the roaster. Call them before you come in.

We have been drinking Symmetry coffee since 2012 when it was still based at The Mailing Room. For the past 8 years we would drive all the way to TMR to buy beans. It's a hassle but worth it. We have tried beans available from places closer to home but seriously nothing compares in term of taste, freshness, price and service!
I appreciate coffee is a very personal thing and everyone's preference differs. I drink black and my wife drinks white. We find The Black Mamba to be a good stable beans. Smooth yet with nice acidity and very reasonably priced. We also love to try different single origin beans on offer.
We find their service quite personal and genuine. I get to talk to the owner Andrew from time to time. He's passionate about what he does, down to earth (no BS!) and very hospitable.

Stellar coffee every time. A number of roasters buy great beans, but these guys are among those that really know how to understand and profile the coffees, and nurture them through the roaster and show maximum beautiful expressions of flavour. Try some Symmetry when you want to really stop and take notice of the coffee you're enjoying. Very satisfying!

This site if the headquarters for the roaster formerly based at The Maling Room, in Canterbury. Since rebranding and moving the site of their roastery, they've collaborated with Little Things Coffee, which is a social enterprise that's part of World Vision.
