Sylvesters Pizza

No doubt pizza is good but lady who answers the phone is argumentative, doesn’t listen to you, instead keep on giving you unnecessary explaination for your questions.
Nobody can wait for two hours for pizza delivery when delivery place is 5-8 minutes drive.
You guys better provide accurate timing for delivery and don’t waste others time.

Have been a Loyal Customer for Years,
Pizzas have always been good.

Pizza was great, thin crust, fresh ingredients, non greasy and generous toppings. Staff was great and I was so impressed watching the pizza makers put effort and time on each pizza. Will definitely be back again. It was a busy evening so had to wait 15 minutes but that speaks to this shop’s popularity and quality. FYI they have almost 40 pizza options

I have been a loyal customer since 2010 and I have got best pizzas every time. Even though now I live quite far I still travel to get my pizzas. Taste is unique and flavours are awesome. They have great variety of pizzas along with traditional pizzas they also have great indian style flavours. Now about owners. They are most humble and lovely hard working guys you will ever meet. Always treats you with respect and toppings on pizzas is very generous. Peri peri and tandoori is my personal favourite. Must try place.

Highly Disappointed Experience we have Today on 15th July.
We placed our order online (order number 561892) in evening which was already paid, just for some changes in pickup time we called at your restaurant, Girl who picked up call was EXTREMELY RUDE / HAVING NO SENCE how to talk with customers / what kind of information you have to ask. While whole conversation on call she behaved with us badly. Even while coming to pick our order in store, NO regret or apologize is done by girl, even in presence of other team members she behaved in same RUDE way. Me / my family/ my friends all are regular customer of your pizza shop but honestly we have to think about it now after today's incident. Thank you so much for today's service.

We ate the Amritsari pizza and the garlic bread. Pizza was really Yum. It’s bit spicy as it has chilli and peri peri sauce. You can edit according to your choice. They make really good pizzas. We ordered salad on side along with garlic bread. Everything was so fresh.

The customer service is worst. The girl on the counter does not know how to talk or take orders. They serve the burnt garlic bread.

Very ordinary pizza. Base not cooked all the way through. Toppings were flavourless and tomato base very ordinary.

I was CRAVING pizza with full, heavy, juicy, fresh toppings, visible herbs, crispy thin base, toasted cheesy bits, olives lotssss of olives, crunchy capsicum, salty saucy flavour, delicious salami.

Sylvesters gave me exactly that. Literally put a massive smile on my face with the first bite. Senses overloaded. Took me to another dimension.

Would give 6/5 if I could, one of the best pizza joints in Preston by far.

There are many Pizza Places around Melbourne But “”Sylvesters”” is one you will never want to change.

I even remember the days when they also made the best Pasta (What Wonderful Memories).

So, thank you, for the (many many many) years of mouth watering Pizzas and p.s absolutely love the Wedges and Sour Cream too!

No Italians making pizza here, just Indians who won't even let hard working door dash driver quickly use their bathroom!

Honestly, this is some of the best pizza I've ever had. Its tasty and superb value for money. The toppings are generous and decent portion size. My favourite would be the Amritsari. This place is highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible. Placed on order for delivery that never came. After over an hour, rang the store and they said it had left with the driver. 30 minutes later still hadn’t arrived. Called the store again and was told that the oven had broken down. Then was told it would take another 20 minutes for the order to be delivered or you could pick up now. So after an hour and 45 minutes had to drive and pick up the pizza and had to demand that they refund the delivery cost. Not only did the the store lie to us but they never called to let us know what was going on. Will never order with them again.

I wish the lady who spoke to me wasn't as rude as she was on the phone today. Hey it's no big deal to go back and change the size of the pizza, is it? I hope the owner reads this and request their staff to be a little more courteous and polite! You lost a customer.

They got the best veg pizza in the town. The veg Amritsari. Also, very friendly staff and quick service.
